“Out in the boonies a bit, but worth the drive. This is a really neat farmhouse, large outdoor play area with games and tables. Kids running around having fun. Running about a dozen taps with flights of four available. Wood fired pizzas make a good food option. Some inside seating as well. I ordered a flight and a pizza and settled in. Beer quality was pretty good, pizza was more than solid. This looks like a fun place. I plan to go back. 8pm close is a bit of a buzz kill for a place that requires a drive. Place review #1400“

“Very cool place in the Brookeville brewery area. Probably the second best after Elder Pine, but that's a pretty hard one to beat. Very cool set up, with nice fish pond and cool looking building. Inside still isn't open but it's cool looking wood architecture. Like the round bar. Beers are all above average, with some standout west coast IPAs. Very friendly service. They don't do flights right now, but they do mixed four packs for takeaway, so if you wanted to grab some ticks for later. Definitely worth a stop in this area, and combined with Elder Pine, Waradeca, and Lone Oak, worth a brewery crawl of the farm brew quartet.“

Ambiance: Lovely location up rural Georgia Avenue (MD 97), but this joint gets CROWDED. Go during off-peak hours and you'll have your choice of a nice inside bar, a couple of semi-outside porch areas, and a lot of grassy lawn locations. Service: Very good, when it's not slammed full of people. Selection: About a dozen choices, all their own stuff, which ranges from ok to very good. Food: They do some NY-style-adjacent pizzas, and have the occasional food truck. Value: Very good. Overall: Definitely worth a visit, but shoot for not busy times.“
