70 /100 CALLE MAYOR, 8 Typical Asturian sidreria. Nice atmosphere, ambience. Of course crowdy. |
86 /100 El Cuchareru Tienda/Micro-Llagar (Grocery Store) CALLE NUEVA A must for any cider-head. Recently opened, still a hidden-gem. This was an old home cider mill. owned by a family, that only one year ago went commercial. Tottally refurbished, they host a small deli shop, with lots of local food and beverages, ranging from ciders, wines, spirits and beers. From the store´s back door you enter a small patio and the very small llagar. Really nice outside seating area where you can taste some of the finest ciders from Asturias (Orizón, Roza, Cucharero) in a very friendly atmosphere, with a really kind service. A must from now on. |
70 /100 Sidreria Arucas (Restaurant) CARRETERA DEL CANTÁBRICO roadside restaurant / bar / sidreria with one asturian sidra available. like most other sidrerias / restaurants in the region but acts as more of a cultural touchstone for sidra rather than simply being a cafeteria / restaurant with one sidra available. friendly folks, outside terrace, proper pourers, gratis small eats. fun spot with a lot of character. |
