| 84 /100 MEDIONA, ALT PENEDÈS “Fantastische microbrewery aan huis. Locatie apart, maar zeker dat je hier heen moet. Ondanks dat ze niet echt open waren, kregen we een rondleiding en een tap biertje. Brouwer Carlos en vrouw vertelde er omheen.
Ook de cellar met de barrels gezien. Locatie is gedateerd en verlopen; dat is postitief. Kulminator is er niks bij. Super ervaring“ |

Carlos, the head brewer and owner has his brewery located adjacent to his 800 year old farmhouse. He takes you on a tour of the brewery and down to his cellar where he does extensive barrel/cask aging. The brewery itself overlooks the town of Sant Joan de Mediona, Carlos and his family are fantastic and welcoming, and the beers are great. A must-visit.“ |
