“Went during soft opening week, nice big building. Plenty of room for eating or just catching up with friends while drinking a beer or two. Selection is very good, something for everyone. The have a kitchen area, pretty much everything is fried, looked good. Worth a stop if in the area.“

“Stopped in for dinner and beer with Patty on way to Kansas. They had a decent tap list of about 24 beers. He said 2 were kicked at that time. I had a nice NEIPA. There were several Irish food selections available. My wife is Irish and has been to Ireland. She was disappointed it was not more Irish. Hey, what did she expect in the middle of the country? It was fine.“

“Patty and I stopped in for a flight while we stopped for the night on the way to Kansas. They had about 12 of their beers on tap. I liked nitro Hookah the best. It's a nice big clean place. Fast service.“

“Recently opened in St. Peters, nice big indoor and outdoor seating area. Huge bar, friendly staff and of course, great food. They had 36 taps and many bottle choices. Bourbon County variants were on tap, so tried a couple with some lunch. They rotate pretty frequently like the other Llywelyn's, so always something new. Worth checking out if in the area.“

“I stopped in here for lunch on my way around STL en route to KC. The place looks small from the outside, nondescript in a strip mall facing I-70, but the inside is surprisingly large, with a single room, high ceiling, and long, wide space. The brewing operation is in the back, behind a huge rectangular bar that sticks out into the room. Tons of tables, too. The food is ordered at The Window, their in-house food vendor. It's pretty good and fairly priced. The beer is ordered at the bar, which has two tap towers and maybe two dozen options, about 20 of them house taps. Way more than I'd expected. I got a couple flights and the results were mixed. The hazy IPAs would not satisfy a modern haze head, the dark stuff was good for the styles, and a gin barrel-aged DIPA was the worst of the lineup. Service was really attentive and friendly. Overall, a good stop if you're in the area (I also considered Friendship and Good News but the location and time here worked out the best), and it's nice to see St. Charles County with more options these days.“

“Beer, BBQ sauces, Whiskey and grilling essentials, all in one place. Located in a strip-mall not far from Mid-Rivers Mall. They have a nice selection of domestic and foreign beers to choose from, including a number of local brewers. In back they have about 8-10 beers on tap as well as a number of whiskeys to sample. Service is excellent and the personnel are very knowledgeable. There are scheduled tasting sessions for both beers and whiskeys. They also have a great selection of BBQ sauces and grilling equipment. Nice addition to the local beer scene.“

“All they sell is craft beer, whiskey, hot sauce/BBQ sauce and grilling accessories. What more could you want? They also have a few taps for in-store consumption. Beer selection is good, they follow the craft beer cellar template of everything in the store being available in singles. More places should do that. Service is exceedingly good, everyone there is extremely nice. Prices are about average, but all of us St. Charles County folks will gladly pay it because there is no bottle shop within miles that can compare.“

“Stopped in after work, about ten folks in the store, three were workers. Was greeted by one of the workers, introduced himself and asked if he could help me. Gave me a tour, answered my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection of both domestic and foreign beers, several styles to choose from. Beers on tap were good, plus they do growler fills. Had a few seats at the bar, and a few tables in the middle of the store. Will definitely be returning, appears they have several events planned in the upcoming weeks.“

“I walked in and was immediately surprised at how big it is. 75 x 50’ or so in the sitting area and about the same in the brewing side. Situated in a strip mall kind of setting. I came a few days before Halloween and it was decorated with a few spider webs and skeletons. But there isn’t all that much decoration here. What there is is interesting and thought through. A big 30’ bar dominates the center of the space with tables around that. The Window provides food and I suspect they are contracted. I had fish and chips which were good and cost about $15 including tax. I had 10 beer samplers which generally cost $2 but the imperials were $2.50 or $3. Full pours were $5.50 up to $8 for their impy stout. This is a few hundred yards from the interstate, parking is ample, and the beers were all solid. Excel soft drinks and are available as well as wine. I don’t see mixed drinks. Four guest taps. I would kind of like to see a small stage in the SE corner. But this place is quite new and I would much prefer to see them continuing to brew good beer. Its so close to Interstate 70 and so easy to get here.“

“Located in the Cave Springs of area, in a small strip-mall. Place is much larger than it appears from the out side. Plenty of seating, as well as a good sized bar. They usually have about 7-8 of their beers on tap with 3-4 guest taps. Personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable about their beers. They also have nice food menu to complement the beers. Nice addition to the local craft beer community. Worth checking out.“

“Huge open place with bar games and a few TV’s but not overdone. Family friendly. Great service; the head brewer comes to check on you personally. About 6 of their own beers, all pretty good with 10 or so guest taps, a few of which are really out there. Good food, diverse menu for a brewery. Check this place out; you can’t do any better in St. Charles county.“

“Stopped on a Saturday afternoon, band was playing and a lot of folks were sitting at either the tables or the bar. The seating area is pretty good sized, can hold a number of folks. We sat at the bar, were greeted by one of the owners, explained their set up, he was glad to have a big crowd on their third official day opened. We tried a flight of five of their beers, all were good. They also have a flight that adds three different syrups to their Wit beer, just to give you a different perspective on the Wit beer. They had two or three guest taps, not a bad selection. Plus they have a few wines and a decent looking food list. We tried the pretzels, will try other foods next visit. Was really surprised at the size of the building, plenty of seating either at a table or at the bar. Will definitely go back.“

“Located in the Cave Springs area. Nice pub that has 24 beers on tap, with a number of rotating taps, so beers are fresh and always something new to check out. A nice selection of the beers are local. The bartender is quite knowledgeable about the beers they serve. The Menu is pretty much standard "pub fare" with a touch of Irish thrown in. There are a number of TVs for the sports crowd and there are a couple of TVs out on the patio along with a couple of fire pits. Well worth checking out if you are in the area.“

“Have visited on a couple of occasions, and thought it was time to add to the ’Places’ listing. They have 24 beers on tap, always rotating their taps, so the beers are fresh. Their bartender has good knowledge of their taps, not so much for the wait staff. Food is traditional Irish fare, very good value. Bottle listing is mainly macros, so not much there. They are trying to add more unique offerings for future releases. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.“
