“How have I not rated this place - been here tons of time. Did / do a ride that rides to here for beers during the summer. I say their beers are standard with a few occasionally standing out but, I could always find something to drink. Never ordered off their food truck. Extra points for being right off the SRT.“

“Came here on 17.4.2017. Small brewpub in a very industrial district of Philadelphia. Place is located next to a bike trail, which is the reason for their bike friendliness. Beers were great. Loved the session IPA, the ESB and the Imperial Whit Beer. Brewmaster was super friendly. A hidden juwel of Philadelphia’s beer scene.“

“Nice place. In a fairly residential area in a charming town. Parking was easy even as the place was full, which was helped by the fact that a good number of the customers came in off the bike trail. Customer service was passable. 4 ounce pours of all ten on tap came out to $17. Beers were generally of great quality, a couple were above average, one was exceptional and the other 7 were very good. Small tasty looking menu was not expensive. Well worth stopping by here.“

“Brewery with a few small plate options and sandwiches. Beers were all well above average to excellent. Hot pretzel was decent enough. Free shuffleboard, which was fun. Nice place.“

“Great spot and as Travlr noted, saved us from a potentially wasted day of checking out beery places. Friendly folk here, both sides of the bar. Pleasant back deck over looking the biking path and rail tracks. The beers were all solid - no flaws and interesting. Snack food available as listed on the black board. Definitely worth a visit to this up and coming PA brewery.“

“This was the surprise gem of our trip. We were aiming for Teresa’s and Forest & Main, but both were closed on Easter Sunday. So we hit up this place about an hour before it closed. It’s near a bike trail, so most customers were bikers (the cycling kind, sadly). The brewhouse is a serious one, on your left as you enter. Keep going through to the L shaped bar, or sit out on the deck and watch the Amtrak trains go by, three hours late. 10 beers on, available in full pours or flights of four. All were solid, and interesting. Service was very friendly, and so were the locals. Small snacks looked tasty and healthy. Worth going out of your way to visit.“

“Stopped by on Sat night. (st paddys day celebration) Parking seemed easy. Long corridor leading to an open concrete walled room. Big garage doors opening to a small deck but unfortunately the weather was poor. Not really crowed but super loud with a young rowdy crowd. Maybe a college nearby? Dozen decent beers on draft with 4, 8 and 16oz glasses available. Growlers as well. We didn’t eat. ITunes/juke box playing music... Decent place to throw a few back.“

Beer Quality// moderate
Beer Philosophy// a dozen rotating taps; variety of styles; some experimentation, but generally mainstream
Serving Sizes// flights of four; 4oz; 8oz; 16oz
Growler Situation// 64oz growlers (will fill theirs or others)
Food Situation// food is decent but the menu is small and snacking-focused; roast pork sandwich is solid
Ambiance// new construction; open air when the weather is nice; small bar
Overall// worth checking out if close by; beer is decent and cheap; bartenders could be more professional; bike friendly as it is right on the Schuylkill River Trail“

“Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday with my wife and son. Fairly empty when we arrived around 12:30 but quickly filled up. The brewery is on the bike path so be prepared to bump elbows with some sweaty cyclists in the summer months! Between my wife and I we sampled pretty much every beer on tap. All were very solid with perhaps the Brown Ale and ESB getting top honors. The food menu is small but I think the concept is more along the lines of snacks and small plates than full meals and the price reflects that. Overall, a good spot to hang out and have some beers with friends or co-workers!“

“New restaurant in Conshy with an extensive draft list. Lots of variety, 23 beers on tap and a few bottles, but nothing too crazy, on my visit they had a Victory take over with quite a few taps. Food was ok.“

“Interesting spot, one half has the appearance of a fast food joint and the other half is a decent bar. They have a takeout section with decent offerings of the more basic offerings from Troegs, Victory, Flying Dog, Yards and others. Bar fills growlers and has solid selection of crafts. Nothing crazy but the lineup is always changing. Would like to see an expansion of the takeout section.“

“Tap offerings from Victory, Sly FOx, river horse, chimay, lindemans, anchor and a bunch more. Good selection but nothing truly outstanding on my visit. Food was ok but not as good as I had been told. Beers and food was overpriced for area.“

“Typical PA distibutor. Lots of craft cases with the likes of yards, victory, lancaster, abita, dogfish head and ohers represented. Many variety cases. Oly issue is that there seems to be no sysem as to where the cases are located, you have to look through entire store and possibly dig the one you want out. May be a product of it being small and them just filling in open spaces when shipments arrive. Great customer service as employee stated they would attempt to order anything i asked for.“

“Solid selection of craft bottles and a nice rotation on tap. Offerings from all the local philly brewers. Have not been here on a Friday or Saturday night, imagine it can get pretty crowded as the bar area is very small. Food was good.“

“Great beer selection. Service is up and down. The wings are great, the hot is not so hot but besides that they are very tasty. Did I say they have a great beer selection.“

“Many beers (100+) menu that is sorted by country. Beer prices aren’t bad. The food is ok. They have some fishtanks and make the place look pretty cool with nautical maps for tabletops etc.“

“I only made it as far as the front room, but it is a nice tight little beer drinkers bar. It was pretty crowded for a Saturday night. They have an excellent selection of beer on tap and in bottles. They also have a regular rotation of new beers on tap each week or so. Everything was reasonably priced too. I suggest it if you are in the area.“

“Very good food, great beer selection, and great service. The servers are all great looking college chicks, which adds to the ambience rating. Awesome place.“

“A nice selection of about 30+ beers on tap. It’s where I go to get Rogues Dead Guy Ale in this area. They have a Happy Hour too... $2.00 Guinness and most other beers. Gets crowded!“
