Solid! Bottle selection. Wow actually. Good food and a cousy atmosphere. Lot of people at my visit due to a concert. By far the best place around in my opinion. It serves excellent food and offers a rooftop terrace as well as a patio, so it’s a great place for lunch or dinner on hot summer days. It also helps that they serve three beers on tap, all of them by local Nynäshamns Ångbryggeri. But for a real pub experience, check out Eight Friends Inn just around the corner. | 66 /100 Eight Friends Inn (Bar) JÄRNVÄGSGATAN 1 “Eight Friends Inn is located close to the marina in Nynäshamn and has large "Pub" signs on the wall and rightly so as it is the only real pub in town. The atmosphere is a cozy English style with English memorabilia decorating the room. The bar offeres five generic beers on tap in addition to the three taps by local brewery Nynäshamns Ångbryggeri. More impressive, the pub offers around a hundre types of beer on bottle - ranging from Belgian trappists to American hop bombs and more or less the complete range of Nynäshamns Ångbryggeri (around twenty when I was there). Food is mostly finger food and OK. Service fairly decent, though the young bartender didn’t know that much about the beer, even those from his hometown, that they offered. Visited: 2015-08-04“ |
