52 /100 Systembolaget Landsvägen (Sundbyberg) (Beer Store) LANDSVÄGEN 53 B Ok selection for such a small store. |
72 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Nice local pub with a good selection. |
58 /100 Systembolaget Landsvägen (Sundbyberg) (Beer Store) LANDSVÄGEN 53 B Systembolaget main facts: Chain of government controlled monopoly stores to sell alcohol with an ABV higher than 3.5% to take home. 20 years age limit to shop, or even to accompany someone else making a purchase. If ID can not be produced, you might get refused service. All alcoholic beverages above 3.5% ABV you wish to buy in Sweden and not from a "Systembolaget" store, you will have to buy at a pub or restaurant, for consumption at the place where you purchased it. Minimum age requirement 18 years, the pub itself might opt for another age limit though, making it so you need to be older still. Alcohol at 3.5% ABV or lower may be for sale to take home at regular stores that have a permit for it, age limit 18 years, ID may be required. This store: Visited on August 8, 2014. Not much to say, but the beer store you go to if you’re in Sundbyberg. Not the biggest selection I’ve seen in Sweden, nor the smallest. Didn’t really see the beers from Sundbybergs Köksbryggeri that are supposed to be available here, perhaps they should make them more visible? Or they might have been sold at when I was there. Located rather close to the metro and commuter train stop in Sundbybergs Centrum. |
62 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Visited August 8, 2014. Large patio, at least during summer. Long bar with seating inside, as several tables. Have beers from Sundbybergs Köksbryggeri, other Swedish micro breweries, as well as imported beers. If you’re in Sundbyberg I’d say the place to be, but not a place I’d travel to get to, fairly standard Bishops Arms place. Located rather close to the metro and commuter train stop in Sundbybergs Centrum. |
64 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Interior like the other Bishop’s Arms pubs. Selection is about the same. Had hoped to find some from the local Sundbyberg brewery but could unfortunately only find one kind. |
72 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Trevligt ställe med roligt utbud.
Fick smyga bakom disken och rota lite i kylen, tack för det! |
58 /100 Systembolaget Landsvägen (Sundbyberg) (Beer Store) LANDSVÄGEN 53 B This is the Systembolaget in the Stockholm area that I visit second most, the store at Regeringsgatan is number one.
They do not get all the rare beers, but many of them. The selection is good and the staff knowledgeable and friendly, especially the two older gentlemen.
Very central location in Sundbyberg, about 3 minutes walk from the train station. |
64 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 A decent place in Sundbyberg with an ok selection of mainly Swedish and American beers. Very close to the train station.
Can be crowded at times, but the staff work hard, though sometimes it may take a little too long to get the food.
Worth a visit if you are around. |
56 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Beer selection well above the average street corner bar you would expect in a location like this. If you’re in the hood, this is the place to visit for some decent american and swedish micro brews. |
60 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Bishop’s regular selection with a variety of Swedish and American microbrews. The handpumps are all fake mind you. Certainly the best beer spots in Sundbyberg, but not mindblowing. |
68 /100 LANDSVÄGEN 49 Four hand-pumps: London Pride, Fullers ESB, Shepherd-Neame Spitfire, and Shepherd-Neame Bishop’s Finger. I wouldn’t swear that the ESB was cask conditioned, but it was tasty.
There is food, but I didn’t try it. |
