“Most folks come in the late afternoon or early evening for a sundowner because of the absolute beachfront view from this privileged perch. Instead of following the sheep, we watched the sunset ON the beach, waited for the crowded to subside, and then headed over for a proper late night drink-n-dine. The restaurant/bar is sexier than you’d think, and upscale without being touristy or pretentious. We headed over on a busy evening over Labor Day weekend and was a bit of a zoo but because we didn’t care about sitting at a table grabbed the last two seats at the bar. The meal was so good, we returned the following evening. The beer selection is ok, small, but limited to local beers. The cocktails are a real draw, though! Superb selection and execution. Overall must be the best place in town, combining location with top quality food and drink.“

“I like the place, and it was better when we sat at the bar. Got some really decadent things to eat, and kicked back with beautiful views of the ocean and a mix of North Jetty and beers from Astoria. The only restaurant that looks serious in Long Beach, and the only one with a decent craft beer list and a decent bar.“
