“Cool place with a hippy vibe and lovely rustic feel, lots of plants. 5 taps on weekends only, when the Yorocco brewer is sometimes also there. The beers are great . I would come here often if I lived anywhere near here, and still make it several times a year even though it is far, far away. Definitely a must if you are going to Kamakura. One of my favorite places to drink beer.“

“Rustic and inviting, wonderful choice in music. 4 beers on tap,, friendly service. Lawrence and his wife have a wonderful little cafe here that doubles as the Yorocco Taproom. Good place for a book, conversation or pontification.“

“After a hike in the hills, or a day on the beach, I can’t imagine a better place for a bite and a few beers, The simple but tasty dishes and very good beers from Yorocco are reason enough to pay a visit but the ambiance is what makes this place special. Can’t wait to go again.“

“Wonderful old rustic Japanese house feel and the perfect place to experience Yorocco’s great beers. When I visited they only had 4 taps on but it seems like they usually have 5. The food was decent-sized light appetizer fare. Mexican tacos and nachos were really good. Staff is friendly and it’s a nice walk through the town of Zushi but fairly straightforward to reach the taproom. Also non-smoking!!“

“Located a little walk away from Zushi’s popular beach resort. Nice relaxed atmosphere, old wooden house, sofas, green plants. Up to 5 beers on tap from the young Yorocco nanobrewery, fair prices, focus on good drinkability and decent hoppiness/fruitiness. Check their Facebook for opening hours (usually Friday to Sunday).“

“This place is a hike to get to from Tokyo and Zushi station (12 min walk), but it is worth it. Very cool setting, like you are in an old Japanese house with lots of couches, dark wood and for better or worse, no air con. Food is vegan, and generally OK, but I have yet to meet anyone that disagrees about the fact they serve the best french fries in Japan. Amazing. Now the beer. Five Yorocco taps that rotate weekly. You can get fairly reasonably priced (for Japan) growler fills as well. Friendly staff. This is basically the place you need to go, during the weekend, to try Yorocco beers.“

“The taproom for Yorocco beer. Beautiful building, vegan cafe with 5 taps of Yorocco (all 5 not available at all times, generally at the weekend, but check the brewery website before you go). During normal cafe opening hours they only seem to have one tap, but at weekends they expand to 5. At least in summer. All beers ¥800, and one of the few places you can drink Yorocco. Had a great time here and will be back, even if it is a bit of a hike from Tokyo (bit over one hour and then a 15 minute walk).“
