44 /100 1225 ROBRUCK DR UNIT A Pretty much the same as the crappy Hops and Leisure before, except now the beers are made at Brewfinity, which was a step up from the horrible beers of Delafield before them, but still imperfect. They had a about 16 beers on tap. They have acted like they are getting a brew system for years, but I dont see that happening. The Maitre D knows next to nothing about beer, but will ask you what you favorite beer is over and over to the point of annoyance. At 6.50 a pint and no happy hour, a pretty shabby value. I certainly won't return again. |
72 /100 Crafty Cow (Restaurant) 153 E WISCONSIN AVE Right downtown Oconomowoc among the storefronts. Street parking can be a challenge, although there is a lot across the street by the lake. Building space is squeezed in. Bar partway length of building with 12-15 seats, and picnic table & pub seating around the rest. Quite laid back, but a couple of different bartenders have known their stuff. 30 taps with a solid range of styles and in-WI, outside-WI stuff. Food is solid bar food or better, with a few different type of items. Not too pricey either. Just started pouring growlers at a good price. |
88 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Great for both wine and beer. Let’s focus on beer. The beer selection is perennially improving thanks to Eric. Tastings happen almost every Saturday, with a new variety every time.

84 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Nice place. Clean, upscale, great beer selection, guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. |
86 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. A good little store in Oconomowoc. Pretty good selection of craft beer and good prices. Worth stopping by if you’re in the area. |
82 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Clean and organized. Very large and diverse selection. Wish it wasn’t so out of the way for me. Worth a regular stop. |
88 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Very good selection, very helpful, friendly staff. I’ve been a regular here for several years. |
76 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Excellent bottle shop between Milwaukee and Madison. As good a selection of Goose Island and Three Floyds beers as I’ve seen in Chicago plus plenty of European fare as regional rarities. Fair prices, but not the most knowledgeable staff when it comes to beer. The two employees I spoke to hadn’t even tried the New Glarus fruit beers. Say what? |
70 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Nice place. I’ve only met one employee that knows anything about beer, but that’s fine. Nice selection of bombers and sixers. Go there, you won’t be disappointed. I have gotten things here that I haven’t seen anywhere else. |
70 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Decent selection for being in Oconomowoc. Build your own sixer section was mainly mediocre beers. Plenty of Bells/Founder/Dogfish/etc. They had a schedule of tastings, that’s always a nice feature for a liquor store. The attendant on my trip didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I didn’t buy anything here but the prices were cheaper just down the road at Flanigans II. |
88 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. DUDE, THIS PLACE IS BAD-A**!!!!!!
So impressed when I went in. The best part about it, is that it is unknown and out of the way, so they still have stuff that everyone else ran out of6-8 months ago!!! Loved it, loved it, loved it. |
74 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. This place is not Discount, however it is a nice bottle shop in the Lake Country area. It is a tiny build-your-own-six-pack section, of mostly junk. It does have a nice section of 6 packs, and not only WI stuff. |
72 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. On my recent visit I found a much improved selection. Previously their selection was somewhere between those of a pretty good supermarket and a decent beer store. Now they’ve got plenty of DFH WW Stout and 120 IPA (as examples of the new additions). Still not blowing me away with any rarities, but now it’s at least worth a regular stop. The beer manager is helpful and knowledgable, though the beer-savviness of the rest of the staff is hit or miss. |
80 /100 Sonoma Cellars (Beer Store) 1290 E. SUMMIT AVE. Excellent selection of micro brews Helpful and courteous staff Will find it if they do not have it in stock |
