“Right in downtown Merritt this place has an okay patio and a nice big interior with air conditioning which is perfect for a bleeding hot summer afternoon. Service was reasonably quick and some simple food was on offer for affordable prices. Flights were also not too bad at $7 apiece with pretzels included. Beers were just about average, nothing terrible or amazing but reliable. Definitely worth a stop if you happen to end up passing through this town.“

“Fairly large interior in the sleepy town of Merritt -- nice to have a brewery stop to break up the drive between the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland. 8 beers on tap when I went, all fairly "safe" styles, with the most interesting thing being a winter ale and a vanilla porter. No beers were exactly flawed, but none were particularly impressive. Flights of 4 for $7++. Friendly service. Nothing special here, but due to its location, it's a nice pit stop.“

“Who hasn't driven through Merritt and wished they had a brewery? Well, now they do. It's basically a homebrew kit, which means there's issues with kit beer taste in every beer. That's too bad. Makes it tough to order a pint. Big open room that seems like it was once a store. Good service. Laid back space for locals, but of course every beer geek will drop in because of the location.“
