“An absurd amount of money went into this absurd brewery. Marketing is first and foremost, but quality and service don't back up the rhetoric. Oil money opening a sustainable brewery which is heavily touted is a bit of a joke. Service was OK, but when I asked for a small sample of beer after 2 flights they refused as they only pour full glasses. This was a pretty big slap in the face and done by the bar manager so no excuse. I am sad to see breweries like this open up.“

“2018-08-17. This is a huge well designed space, with a nice large dining room, bar area to one side and more seating and a self guided 'tour' upstairs. You can't help the feeling of newness of it despite lots of nice stone and barnboard but it's very nice. More comparable to a large winery restaurant than most breweries. It was fairly busy early on a Friday night and I think we just beat the rush - everyone we talked to told us to make a reservation but we decided to just show up. The beer was just okay, with their core line up and five of their "Renegade" series available today. The food was fantastic. we shared the veggie "tacos" were surprisingly superb, and The Royale pizza - basically a Big Mac pizza - was very good. Servers were friendly and there were a ton of them - a small crowd met us at the door! I feel like you almost have to visit if you are in the area, for the food and the experience if not the beer. “
