“2018-04-27. Bigger and noisier than expected! The bar area has cool graffiti style art on the walls, larger "lounge" area downstairs. It feels like it has been there for quite some time despite having opened relatively recently. 10+ taps and cans to go. The three beers we tried were decent if fairly accessible takes on their styles. Server is friendly. Food menu looked decent but we had just eaten. We shared some churros that were pretty tasty and an ample size portion for sharing. I liked the space but suspect I would have enjoyed it more on a quieter night not having just been in a car all afternoon! “

“2018-04-27. Stopped in here with no expectations, and was pleasantly surprised. There was a 40 minute wait for a table on a Friday night - reservations recommended apparently - so we sat at the cozy little bar. They have a farm-to-table menu sourcing everything locally and we shared excellent perch po boy and probably the best coleslaw I've had in my life! So good it made me wish I was hungrier! The beers are decent, three of their own on today and a mix of Ontario craft beers for about 8-10 taps IIRC. Friendly bartender. The rest of the building is in a huge old Victorian (?) house with a warren of seating options. Patio outside for warmer weather. Nice spot.“

“Amazing Place! Honestly! worth the visit if you’re in the area. It is a gastropub with 3 rooms above so one can just walk up to their room after a hard nights tasting. Amazing food, decent beer selection of ontario/regional brews and they have a few brews that they brew in house (however they were out of their own beer when I was there). Great staff, very fun. if you’re visiting Pelee Island i’d take the extra time to drive here and stay here for the night.“
