“2018-10-13. Located in a former school it's an interesting warren of rooms. A small patio out front and a larger one out back are empty / not open today. The main bar room is bistro meets classroom in a good / fun way. More seats in the hall suggest they get busier than it was today. Server is friendly. Weekend flights are fixed but you can order samples which are the same size but pricier? Or they may have made an exception for us and given us sample sized pours? It was not clear. Food menu looked good but we were unfortunately still full from lunch! Kind of wish we had made this our first stop of the day instead of one of the last. We settled for bottles to come home with us though after a couple of small pours. 10+ taps and a few more than than available in bottles. Probably my favorite of our stops today overall. We will definitely be back if we can make it out this way again.“

“2018-10-13. Really nice space, wood barn looks ancient but the photos on the wall suggest it's new / relocated? I meant to ask and forgot. Servers are friendly but we had some miscommunications. Beers are all sweeter than my preference. It is not clear if that's a choice or if they are a touch under attenuated. Beers have pretty similar grain profiles. Just okay overall. 5 taps today and some cans in the fridge. Nice loft upstairs and a patio outside too. Worth a visit if in the area. It's still early days for them, will be interesting to see how they develop. “

“2018-10-13. Spartan but friendly space. It's a small shop with taster pours of their wines available. The bottled cider was sold out for the season, we tried a couple of their apple wines which were decent. Great service. Worth a visit between breweries if you are in the area.“

“2018-10-13. Decor in this section is sun room meets pub/sports bar. There is an entire other section that was closed for a private function. They had nine or ten beers on tap today in a range of styles. The brewed on dates of the beers are listed in the menu which is an interesting touch. Beers are generally served a bit too cold for my preference and were generally okay. Flights of four or nine available. Philly steak sandwich was ok, Mabel's marble rye grilled cheese with apple pie filling was much better. My mushroom soup was superlative - rich and creamy - but I'm partial to mushroom soup. “

“Visited during a rainy Thursday afternoon on August after a vineyards relay race. The brewery stands in a former elementary school in the middle of nowhere. The bar is obviously in a "classroom", with blackboards, society games and alcohol as well. The decor is a bit weird but original. Service is ok but sometimes slow. There was only five beers available on tap but most of them was tasty and also cost a ridiculous 3.50$/glass. There’s a bottles shop besides where a dozen of different beers was available on 500ml format for 6-7$. If the tap list was thin, my take away box wasn’t. We got a huge cheeses plate for a few dollars while playing a grueling Skip-Bo game. I’d definitly come back there.“

“Bottle shop beside a bar and restaraunt, unfortunately only the bottleshop was open. Tiny, and I mean tiny. Rang the bell bought some cans and was off. the food looks local and fresh, so I will try and get back.“
