“Stripmall location, as so many Fort Collins breweries seem to be. So, unlimited parking. Small uncovered patio. Long bar insid and restaurant tables. Decent enough beer list with a variety of styles, flights of four available. Beers were tasty. food was mediocre sanwiches, small portions. Friendly young owner behind the bar. A convenient stop.“

“Strip mall location that seems to double as a bike path for the nearby college. Two separate patios outside, one shaded. Inside is a long bar and both restaurant and bar tables. Huge taplist, half house beers which are above average and half guests, available as three ounce pours in a nice big brandy goblet. Server was very generous with the pours, and with samples as well. Food was creative and tasty sandwiches and similar. Overall very solid place.“

“Big city like variety of taps. Not everything was fresh on tap, but there was more then enough samples to go around on a flood night. Restuarant and tons of rotating taps, 20 plus new ones a week. Good night hours.“

“A major league spot, they also own nearby top coffee spot Bridle, as well as Funkwerks. Some unique barrels, well done. Very friendly place, rustic with beautifu; view. Must stop.“

“A fun and lively place to have beer. Beers are fun to drink though not as technically interesting as the major league CO players. A good stop, down the road from Jessup who are the owners.“

“Good stop for fans of funk. Some interesting and unique beers on, micro lots. Good barrelling, a must stop for geeks. Fun and good value. Among best places to talk brewing and trends.“

“A strip mall brewpub restaurant location, apparently more licenses needed. Some interesting heavier styles on tap, barleywine, imperial stout, baltic stout. Roomy and very good service.“

“A very nice beer garden. More people went to the separate wine facility. Best beers tended to be the classics. Odell tries to be a regional facility. Much of the newer taps are there filling out the offerings.“

“A must stop in Colorado and whether near either taproom. This location clones the availability of Denver, at high quality in a bright airy place. How they managed to open with not a spot of water showing after a flood night is remarkable. CS is making a lot of filler styles, but its sour program is really the winner of the land.“

“Located in a shopping mall in Fort Collins. There are a few outdoor tables, though overlooking a parking lot is not the greatest scenery. Bar and tables inside with a few TVs. They had 10 taps when I visited, a variety of styles. I really liked the coconut chocolate milk stout and hazy IPA. Generally the beers are lower alcohol with the highest abv only 6.3%. They have a food menu which is largely sandwiches and burgers. I enjoyed my sandwich and fries. An enjoyable stop, good beers.“

“We came here on 11.7.2022. Brewery focused on German beers and serving beers in 1 Liter mugs as well. We had a Lager and a Helles. Both tasted almost the same. Seems to be a very popular place. Quite packed on a Monday afternoon. We had good food from the Mexican food truck.“

“We came here 11.7.2022. Super close to Odell‘s and New Belgium. This brewery is focused on Saison‘s and Sour beers. Super friendly service explaining the beer menu in very much detail. We had the original Saison and the Wild #2. Both were excellent! During the last years they have started to brew also some standard beers. A Must Visit location!“

“We came here on 11.7.2022. 3 min drive from New Belgium. Great location, very nice people and fantastic beers ! They started brewing in 1989 and are the oldest still existing micro brewery. We had the 90 Shilling one of their classics. Great beer! Outside patio is super relaxing, very well decorated with colorful flowers and cooling water sprinklers. This place has a great soul ! Highly recommendable.“

“We came here on 11.7.2022. Finally we made it to this traditional brewery. Location is beautiful. Wide open area with a stage for music gigs and plenty of seating. Very enjoyable! Unfortunately they stopped the self guided tours. Service was mixed from very friendly to non acceptable. Beers are all ok. Seems they want to move away from their original brand and do more Vodoo Rangers stuff. A big shame.“

“This is mainly an upscale restaurant in an ugly subdivision with a beer barn next door. The small taproom bar is upstairs although there are a couple of tables downstairs as well. Barrels are everywhere. Beers were pretty safe considering the surroundings, I was hoping for a bit more funk.“

“On the outside it's a strip mall. On the inside it's a cellar full of barrels. Great job of transforming what could have otherwise been a drab place into something that evokes the beer bars of Belgium. Huge parking lot, but sadly no outdoor space despite great weather and a pandemic, although I have seen a couple of makeshift tables in the parking lot on occasion. In a walkable bikeable city it would be interesting to see what would happen if they ditched their portion of the parking lot altogether. I bet that once the panic died down folks would just use Lyft. The taplist is small but interesting, and flights or small pours are possible. List changes every Thursday, with just one beer staying on, but in different versions. Stellar service. No food except on rare occasions. A must-visit while in town.“

“This is a spiffy modern taproom in an outdoor food court type area. Street parking wasn't hard to find. Long L-shaped bar inside and some restaurant tables. Small but cozy patio overlooking the food court was ideal for people watching. Large taplist of interesting tasty stuff plus cellared bottles going back many years, for in house consumption or to go. No food, but you're surrounded by restaurants. Great service. I spent several productive enjoyable afternoons here.“

“Tied for my favorite place in Fort Collins. Sort of a dive bar feel to their small taproom, bar filled with locals and then some restaurant tables. Decent sized outdoor area with picnic tables, one of which is shaded, and they were painting and cleaning more tables to add. Large attached parking lot. Dog & kid friendly if an attempt at good behavior on the part of the owner is made. Solid beers, my second favorite in town after Crooked Stave.“

“Large production facility with an attached taproom, right on the bike path that connects you to pretty much anywhere in town, and lots of bike storage once you arrive. Large outdoor space with some shade but mostly sun, dog and kid friendly. Did not venture inside. Ordering from the patio was via an app, and that worked extremely well. Solid beer list including interesting bottles. Good experience.“

“New brewpub on the south side of Fort Collins. Friendly service with decent prices. Nice interior in strip mall. Beers were typical of a new brewpub, decent at best. Did not get to try their food menu. Located near Zwei Brewing Co.“

“A somewhat impromptu stop on our way between Park City, Utah and Denver. A really nice place with a great, spacious patio. Lots of choices for where to sit. Generous with the beer samples, even cracking open a bottle for something that wasn't on tap, and accommodating of the less experienced beer drinkers in our party. I ended up drinking a Transatlantique Kriek at the brewery (on tap was better than my old rating of the bottled version would suggest) and taking a six-pack of the Honey Orange Tripel with us to share that night before our flight back to Michigan (didn't end up rating it, but it was quite good). Some of the prices seemed to be on the higher side, though.“

“It's Crooked Stave, so awesome - great taps, great bottle list, stuff you don't normally see. Crowded by social distancing standards but still plenty safe. As for the substance ... it's Crooked Stave. Their taprooms are all (both, now?) great - they're known for their sours, but they do great stuff other than their sours and you can get it here. Worth going out of your way for (although their one in Denver is just as good).“

“Visited on a Saturday afternoon during COVID times. Great sandwiches but y'all are here for the beer. Spacious indoor space with high ceilings and around 5 tables. Around 20 taps, either local or stuff you don't see around anywhere else. Tops was Medianoche but very well-curated. This place is very good, although there are a couple of places in the bigger Denver metro area I'd call better. Still, very great place to start in Fort Collins.“

“Cool brewpub just off College Ave near the Colorado State campus. Somewhat small interior and they also had an outdoor patio. A few tvs. Really interesting tap list - they had a bunch of various barrel aged beers (barrel aged brown, whiskey aged ipa, red wine barrel aged porter, pilsener with pino Grigio grapes, etc). Also a pumpkin beer, milk stout, plenty of IPAs. Almost too much to choose from. Food was ok, not great. Overall certainly worth a stop for the beer quality and selection.“

“Difficult place to rate. Located in downtown Fort Collins. A decent sized space but completely empty on a Sunday morning right at opening. Music but no TVs. Large tap list (around 10) with some interesting beers. Nelson Sauvin ipa and porter were good. Staff was knowledgeable about beers. No food but maybe some snacks? Beer was good but atmosphere was dead. Not sure if that’s a normal occurrence but it was off putting.“

“Large brewpub in downtown Fort Collins. We sat in the pub, although a little disappointing there was only 1 small tv. They have a fairly large tap list with 11 taps. Just tried the Full Nelson IPA and green chili beer, which were both good. They have a standard pub fare menu, we just split some sweet potato fries. It was a decent stop, nothing crazy, but certainly satisfies.“

“Very interesting building in a residential area. The interior is nice, but lacking decor. The bartenders were friendly and enthusiastic. Only six taps so far, so the selection is pretty poor. Hopefully, that will improve. Fun spot, and worth finding.“

“Small taproom in a strip mall, next to a bicycle shop that's overflowing into the parking lot. Great vibe inside, with a nice little bar, lots of nooks and cozy spots, and lots of barrels. The bartenders were friendly and knew the beer well. Only five of their own beers, but they were quality. Fun and interesting spot. I wish I could visit more often.“

“Big box store, but well laid out and clean. The employees were friendly, but not very helpful. The beer selection was extensive, and the mix-six selection was three coolers wide, and the bombers aisle was long and well curated. The prices seemed about normal for the area. Quality shop.“
