“a bot of drive in industrial block. Place is warehouse spot with small patio outside. No frills interior. What is lacking with design makes up with wide array of beer choice. All beers are canned. I recommend their labs (one off series). Service was OK, noting crazy but good. If around solid stop.“

“Visited on March 10, 2018 in the afternoon. Located in the village part of town, I've been a few times there, but it was just a convenience store with the typical beer selection, until last year. It's kind of like Peluso, but in a smaller scale. They only been selling craft beer for a year or so, last year when I first saw the selection, it wasn't well organised, but they made a lot of effort in how it is arrange. The bulk of the selection is in the back, with some displays in front, but it's selection is quite impressive, considering the Montreal West Island is more or less a beer westland. The guy who is responsible there is very passionate and quite knowledgeable. West Islanders have a really good store there!“

“Located in an office park north of Sources in the West Island near Costco and Toys R US. I came here with my family soon after they opened. The location is a generic office park and the interior is similar coming in to an entry room with a foosball table. Then you get to a decent though small taproom with free popcorn and a view on the brewery. A nice basic taproom with solid beers that is perfect to get the modern craft beer thing going in Montreal's West Island.“

“What a great place! 5 minutes from the St Jean exit on the 40, this makes for a great pitstop on the way in or out to Ottawa. Excellent and friendly service, top notch beers, 4 4 ounces for 10$, free popcorn, you feel at home. For food, just bring it or call... Loads of restaurants to choose from. Plenty of parking as this is an industrial area. I will be back.“

“Visited on March 4, 2017, in the afternoon. Located on the northside of Autoroute 40, via Tecumseh Ave. It’s not far from the old Vessels and Barrels brewpub, making it the first and only brewery in over a decade on the island that is not in the city of Montreal (not counting chain brepubs). There is parking, but it’s shared although they are opened only when most business are closed. There are two rooms in the brewery, the first one is for now nothing, the second is the tap room. That room is quite small (about 30 people plus capacity), with a large screen tv, a dart bord and some bord games. Plus a vue of the brewery it self. Their offering to drink on the spot comes in 4 oz taster (3 dollars each or 4 for 10) 8 oz and 12 oz glass. Plus 32 and 64 oz growlers. They should have bottles (volume unknown) in the coming mouths. I had four tasters, a pils, IPA, weizenbock and black IPA, all solid expect the IPA. As for food, you can bring your own and they have free pretzels and popcorn. A very welcome brewery in the West Island, because it was pretty much a beer wasteland!“

“Reputed to be the best bottle shop in th West Island. This is a depanneur & deli that seems to have slowly gotten in to craft beer in a big way so the craft beer is scattered about all over the place but mostly concentrated at the back. Average service, interesting selection and average prices made for a decent stop. As my sister lives nearby I’ll be back,“

“the hidden gem of Montréal’s west island. located in the pointe claire village, this belgian restaurant has beers (bottles) privately imported from belgium that i have never seen sold anywhere else in the country. gulden draak, gouden carolus, chimay brown, kasteel, among others. the proper glass for each brew, even Kwak! it is a very nice place, so nice it might be intimidating! prices are fairly reasonable, especially considering the quality of food you are getting. lunch menu is 10-14 bucks, for supper from 22-29 bucks. kangaroo filet mignon in a blueberry sauce, or some wild boar hamburger steak! delicious belgian waffles fro dessert! the service is second to none. almost like the owners brought belgian gastronomic tradition to canada.“
