66 /100 Les Berthom Rouen (Bar) 60 RUE DE LA VICOMTE This place I found while wondering around Rouen old city center. Less touristic than Delirium Cafe and seemed to be very popular among the youth. The place had lots of customers even on Monday. Interesting tap selection as they had three Põhjala beers on tap! So you could expect to find some suprises here. Selection had also some French micros on bottle. Modern craft beer bar vibe. The male bartender was very energic, many times you would like to see such in all French pubs. Certainly when in Rouen this is a place to visit with Delirium Cafe (not too far away from here). |
64 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS I think it is my third Delirium Cafe to visit (Brussels, Gothenburg) and the concept is basicly same: not so interesting taps and lots of Belgian beers on bottle. In Rouen this is a good place to visit for beers as there are not so many places for beer hunters. Location is just next to the famous old clock. Opened at 1700 althought door said 1530. Service was ok to me, although the bartender was not the quickiest one to some customers. Despite of Belgian beers, some other crafts on bottle too but not French. Belgian selection had eg. many beers from Brussels Beer Project. Food is only sausage, |
88 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS Occasionally they have Westvleteren XII. Large selection of Belgian Ales. The place is quite noisy especially on weekends. |
58 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS Right in the centre of Rouen on the pedestrian street. A terrace outside a rather small place with ok selection. The best selection in town - probably. Quite pricy. If really in need of some (Belgian)beer while there. |
86 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS I did not find better place in Rouen sleepy and empty old town after season. Huge selection of Belgian beers, and a lot of European craft. There was a very helpful bartender who knew what he had on tap nice place really. |
72 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS second visit after a year. same decor, much better selection (some brewdod, nogne, japanese and international micro as well with a huge belgian list), suoer expensive on the micro ones. not the best and well informed service, but an overall nice experience in a boring dominant beer city |
76 /100 La Boite a Bieres (Bar) 35 RUE CAUCHOISE 15 tap beers and tons and tons of bottles from all across Europe and the world, with a heavy dose of Belgians, but oddly only one American. Chill little corner bar, equipped with dart board and an upstairs area. A place I was happy to stumble upon. |
98 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS In a beautiful place of Rouen, a good bar to drink a good Belgian beer :) |
94 /100 Délirium Café Rouen (Bar) 30 RUE DES VERGETIERS Excellent selection of Belgium, French and more beers. Absolutely beautiful building and decor. |
