Antibes Beer Guide: Your Antibes guide to beer, beer bars, breweries and brewpubs

Latest reviews from Antibes

“We found this gem in a trip from Nice to Antibes, and it proved to be the best place in our vacation. Plenty of great bottles, including many locals and some special ones. Selection was awesome, ambiance was great, the worst thing is we were pushed for time. Lovely shop in a lovely place, a must see for beer lovers when in town.“

“Good selection of local beers as well as Belgian beers and British IPAs (brewdog Buxton etc). Possibility to drink on premise. Lots of rarer beers. Surprisingly amazing place for a town that barely has any beer selection at all.“

“Visited in October 2009 (damn how time flies) - with heavy. We were visiting the Picasso museum and stole away to beer hunt... didn’t add and rate it then due to stricter place rules on RB, a mistake in my opinion, so here it is now as not much seems to have changed. This is basically an ex-pat’s paradise of a store. The kind of an ex-pat that still longs for the food, beverage and various other items from back home where he/she can’t normally get otherwise. Never having been to England, the store was chock-full of stuff I’d never seen before - including in other French stores - so personal import or suchlike I guess. And that sooorta applies for the beers too. When we were there, we got random stuff from Thwaites, Greene King, Wells and Shepherd Neame, with some ciders, basically bottled/canned beers & cider from big "regionals" there, and things haven’t changed much now, it seems - a cursory glance suggests Fuller’s, O’Hara’s etc. Most importantly, and what they didn’t have then - and when my Slovenian namesake visited - appears to be the full line (or almost full) of Colgan’s Brewery beers - a local micro that had opened in 2014, run by - ex-pat’s of course, Australian in this case. Can’t rate it really high, but it’s a must-visit if you’re in this lovely town.“

“Basically the only beer-worthy place in Antibes I could find. It’s actually a British ex-pat grocery store, where they have some nice beers: Adnams, Fullers, Greene King, St. Peters, etc. Quite pricey and a bit off the main street, but still not hard to find.“
