“The second pub you come to if you are heading into Glazebury from the East Lancs Road. This pub is easily spotted from the road and has a large car park to its side and an extensive garden area with children’s playground behind this. There’s two rooms both serviced by the same bar. The front room has two sides with a bar and several tables around it in a very traditional pub setting and a pool and darts area in the other half, however the decor remains the same throughout so the games area is not a distraction or eyesore. The pretty rear room is all set-up for diners and dining. There’s two real ale pumps here and one was carrying cask from a local craft brewer.“

“Right on the main road, this traditional style pub building has its car park at the rear with just a small smoking deck for an outdoor area. The inside, although still pub-like is more modern in design and in its fixtures and furniture and feels a little sparse in places despite not being a large venue in the first place. Live sport is shown here and there are two real ale pumps complimented by one keg and bottled ale option.“
