66 /100 Red Lion, Litton (Bar) CHURCH LANE Visited on a Friday lunchtime in October 2015. 66 bus from Chesterfield drops you off pretty much outside. The local shop doubles as a tea room too and a nice coffee helped the half an hour before the pub open pass quickly. The pub is forged from the local stone, has plenty of rooms, real fires and a very energetic black lab that is "nil by mouth". 4 beers on from the local area, one’s we had were in good condition, staff were friendly. A lovely feel to the pub, prices not too bad either. Really good start to the day. |
