“Visited 15/3/2024. Not the biggest BrewDog in London but worth a visit if in area or want something special off their UT list (I was specifically after a canned Canadian DIPA which they had). Soon filled up on a Friday evening, I was glad to have been and gone before 5pm as it suddenly got very busy. Service was fine.“

“Visited 13/3/2024. Stop 4. Smaller venue than I expected, not much seating/table space, very hip and popular. It was already getting busy when we visited around 4:15 on a Wednesday. About 50/50 between their London brewpub beers and others, including 3 other breweries that were new to me. Available in flights of 4. Very expensive. Service was a bit off. I expected something a bit different to this from the Mikkeller brand, but it was worth visiting.“

“Visited 12.02.24 after having a haircut at Huckle the Barber. One ale on cask at my visit, although a new rating for me. A modern gastrooub paintes in white and shades of grey. Very chilly indoors.“

“Smallish Brewdog, but a couple of covered patio tables in addition to the typical booths and tables. This is the type of Brewdog I like, with guest taps and cans including de Moersleutel and Puhaste. Definitely worth a visit.“

“Tiny little hole in the wall place with some unique taps and bottles/can. Menu on Untapped. Had the place to myself on a Saturday aft. Definitely worth a visit when open.“

“Nice outdoor beer garden. Nothing spectacular about the beer though, just a couple of taps. Bar upstairs is better both taps and bottles/cans. Can buy and take down to the garden…“

“Corner pub with a small step towards lighter craft in cans and A few Belgians in bottles in addition to the typical draft/casks. Visit for the fried chicken.“

“Not as nice a spot as Mikkeller Brewpub London, but still nicely set up. It’s an intimate, but wide open bar. 20 taps, with mostly Mikkeller London beers, but also some interesting guest taps. Unfortunately, a huge chunk of the list was taken by nonsensical hazy IPAs, which I can’t stand for the most part. They have a small bottle selection with some interesting items, so I tried a couple of those, but the prices are pretty nuts. Service was fine — rather nonchalant and cold. Worth a visit, but if you’re only going to do one Mikkeller bar in London, do the brewpub location.“

“Cool spot in a quieter part of Shoreditch. It’s a smaller interior than many other BrewDog locations, but it’s more intimate as a result. Taplist wasn’t all that exciting on my visit, but there were a few interesting things on the guest list. Friendly service, with 1/3 pints available and free tastes as usual. Solid spot and worth visiting if you’re in Shoreditch.“

“I am going to keep this short and sweet. Not sure if it's usual but on this Friday afternoon visit a decent chunk of the beer were from their London brewpub. Although they are of course decent beers. Not a particularly large venue and we were lucky enough to get the last free table. My retired former colleague, a lovely but angry Croydon boy, was in the loo when I came back from the bar. I was informed that he was threatening to kill me if we went into another hipster bar like this. When he came back I explained that he would have to be prepared to carry out that threat. However he explained that he just wanted a normal beer amongst the craft beer... Anyway pretty decent and clearly popular venue but for me it's nosebleed territory in term of how far north I would usually travel.“

“Small bar with some outside seating. 20 taps of Mikkeller and Mikkeller London beers. They had a few DJs on our Saturday afternoon visit.“

“Visited on a Saturday lunch time. Same Brewdog feel inside. 20+ taps. The Brewdog selection was mainly widely available supermarket beer. More interesting beer on the guest taps.“

“Time was moving on so I could only pay a flying visit to this place, not really taking it in that much. It's smaller than expected but with quite a lot on offer, mostly from the London Brewpub and Mikkeller itself, I did spot a few guest beers. Seemed a relaxed sort of place, not that full on our visit, service was helpful. I will have to revisit when I have more time available.“

“This is a big, rambling place at the top end of Curtain Road, there is a large outdoor area, then an upstairs bar and another bar I saw as i was leaving so I'm not sure if they have the same beers on sale. The food looks really good in here though I didn't partake. The upstairs bar has a relaxed, laid back hippy type theme. Many beers to go at although all keg on my visit. Worth going in.“

“This local small bottle shop near Old Street tube station has a selection of around 50 to 100 different bottles of beer, mostly in fridges, from London small breweries such as Kernel, Redchurch, Beavertown to imports from the US, Japan, Australia etc.. “

“A nifty little modern taproom amid in the heart of Shoreditch. It is a 'sister bar' to the Old Fountain, a more traditional pub on the other side of the Old Street roundabout. This place has a solid range of beers and very fair pricing; I had stuff from Orbit, Newbarns and Lost & Grounded. A friendly bartender. A small selection of cocktails and spirits. I visited on a Saturday evening (c. 8pm) and it was relatively quiet - quite a contrast to the chaotic streets of Shoreditch that night with people clearly more focused on the club side of the local nightlife. It would definitely be worth checking this place out if you are in the area.“

“Decent enough beer stop. Although there's seems to be a decent craft beer list, it's dark and crowded so you can't really see what's on offer. I ended up with a Moor stout that I'd had before. I'm happy enough with this but it's difficult to tick beers when you can't see anything. Hard to get excited about when so many pubs in the area can offer similar if not better.“

“As if the world wasn't random enough in 2020, there's a Mikkeller bar in Shoreditch partly owned by Rick Astley. Cool. Its small inside, but the choice is big: 20 taps, mostly but not all Mikkeller, with a more than decent bottle/can selection. Most of the 'Rick's' beers are rebadges, but I can live with that. Prices aren't quite as bad as I feared, but this is the sort of place where one is likely to linger. The UK needed a Mikkeller bar.“

“I've heard of the venue due to the gigs it puts on (plus I believe it's owned by Vice media) but have never been - partly because it is out of the way which is partly why we dropped in as it was halfway to the next pub. An old pub which seems pretty uncared for inside - a gig venue vibe I guess. The beer options were from the likes of Beavertown, Camden and Trumans and the two I would have gone for were off. Not a place I would be bothered about coming back to unless there were a gig. And it was pretty empty compared to how busy the next place was...“

“Vaste bar plutôt contemporain où la musique est reine, aussi bien dans la décoration que dans le nombre de concerts qui y sont organisés. Grande cour intérieure avec de quoi s'y poser. Pas mal de bières locales et craft. Serveur assez froid. Très calme le jour où j'y suis passé (un lundi soir), mais ça doit être chouette quand il y a du monde.“

“Visited a couple of times now. Single roomed venue in central Shoreditch. It's not a big place with only a few tables and some high seating around the outside. Decor is decent enough, bit of beer tat on the walls but is nicely done. Good beer range her with regular TTOs and a good mix of Mikkeller beers and guests, a few house specials so likely to pick up some new beers. Service is friendly. Prices OK but sometimes a little on the steep side. It's a place I've been a few times, not top of the list but would always look in if passing nearby.“

“Trendy spot in Shoreditch. Smaller than I thought it might be but not overcrowded on the two occasions I have visited (a Monday lunchtime and Tuesday evening). 20 taps, mostly Mikkeller but regular guests from some great breweries do appear. Prices on the high side though, even for London. Worth it in some cases, less so in others.“

“Somewhat off the beaten track in Shoreditch (or at least away from the other main bars). Quite shiny and new and modestly sized, a vague cafe feel about it. Service was snappy and friendly. The beers were fucking expensive, even when adjusting for normal Mikkeller prices, but this was the Arizona Wilderness tap takeover. All in all decent. Wish it was a little more coveniently located. Well it is if you fancy a craft beer and followed by a strip bar. The famous Brown's is a stones throw away!!“

“Small, sparsely furnished corner bar in Shoreditch, easy to reach by overground, tube or bus. 20 taps including five dedicated to ‘Rick’ themed beers, presumably an ode to the Warrington crooner. Board prices weren’t too bad on my visit but I’ve seen some shockers that other people have posted. Nice to have visited but I probably won’t rush back“

“Decent, well-kept street corner pub over two floors, not far from the Old Street tube station. Four cask ales, a few craft beers among the kegs and a solid range of bottled and canned craft beers in a double fridge. Good vibe late on a Friday eve. Knowledgeable service from the girls behind the bar. (Visited with Per, Magne and Leif 11.01.2019).“

“It's always a pleasure to visit a Mikkeller Bar, this time in London within walking distance from both the Hoxton overground station, the Old Street tube and the Shoreditch overground station. A rather small street corner place with a triangular room, modern, clean and airy. Soft soul music in the back at my stay. A tap line of 20 beers, mostly Mikkeller, but also a few Warpigs brews and a some guest beers. Decent bottled menu. The draught beers are served in different sizes. Friendly service. Very relaxing on a Friday afternoon. (Visit during a pub crawl in the Shoreditch-Hoxton part of London 11.01.2019).“

“Visited on 8th November 2018 for the Arizona Wilderness take over. Smart street corner bar which was fairly busy despite our early entrance around 4.30pm. 18 taps of which 10 were from Azw and the rest I think were all Mikkeller. Service was prompt and friendly althgouh it wasn't super busy. Prices are high with some of the Azw beers coming in at £7 to £9 for a third ! Definately a place to share as a team. Decent enough place but doubt I'll be a regular here unless good TTO's and in a group of 3 or more!“

“This is a very small bar. Has twenty taps I went there because they had a Warpigs tap take over event. The place was really busy and was really difficult to a table or a seat anywhere. But as it was busy I got served quite quick.“

“Small and sparingly appointed. Quite loud. The service I had was adequate. The pricing is, in general, extortionate. Annoyingly, they seem to not charge 1/3 or 1/2 the price for 1/3 or 1/2 of a pint (that always rankles). They've had some special beers on tap but nothing to really set them apart. If I'm nearby I will probably stop in to see if there's anything cool on tap, but its definitely not somewhere I would go out of my way for (unless they bring in some more exciting beer).“

“Only the second Mikkeller Bar I've been to, but like the Tokyo version it's a small affair, taking up the space of a former pub with a small bar and seated area. Prices are very high but the beer range is rare and high quality. Thirds are available and service is helpful. Crowd is an older wealthier hipster meets old beatnik crowd.I liked it but prices mean it's the kind of place it's best to drop by for a couple and then move on. Fairly accessible from the top of Shoredtich high street.“

“It is exactly what you expect from a brewdog bar, with the simple slightly hipster interior, their core range and some experimental beers and some guest beers. It gets crowded and loud, but they have some space outside, the service is efficient and the food looked good.“

“A pub with a small outside area in the back. When I was there it was quite crowded and way too loud, so you had to shout your order to the service, which made it an unpleasant visit. I assume it is much more comfortable when it's not that crowded and they don't turn the music volume to eleven.“

“Typical Brewdog décor and good service with their standbys on tap. Their guest tap list seemed bigger than some other locations in London. Much like all the other locations otherwise, was worth a stop halfway through a long walk I was taking.“
