“A nice corner brewpub with their own and guest beers in a traditional but not too dark interior and several seats outside. The service was a bit stressed preparing something, but still took the time to give small samples to choose a beer. A pleasant cosy place to have a beer.“

“Nice place not fare from underground. Service was good, seating and interiour was fine, counted around 20 taps and 5 bottles of varied styles, good beer from own brewery. I liked the place. Visited 02.12.2017.“

“Decent sized brewpub approx. 10 mins walk from Whitechapel tube station. Place was quite comfortable, if a bit loud on the (early) Sunday evening that we visited. They had four beers on cask and six or more on keg available when we were here. Quite a few of the beers were pale ales or IPA's but there were a few other styles covered also. My favourites were the barrel aged sour that they had on plus a pumpkin ale called Creep Show. Prices were good, a taster tray of 3 X 1/3 of a pint was £4.50. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.“

“Spacious corner pub. 6 casks. 7 kegs. Lot of beers from One Mile End. Relaxed on a Sunday morning. Sample-tray available: 3 x 1/3 pint. Outdoor seating and CAMRA discount.“

“Nice pub with all the perks that comes to mind when thinking of a British pub. Plenty of locals coming for a beer and to chat. Tried a few 1/3 pints of the One Mile End beers, talked with the owner about beers. Good friendly service, nice food menu but did not eat. Interesting to try some of the same beers both on cask and draft.“

“Have visited a few times since the new breweries launch night in October ’14 and this place has proved fine for a few ticks, core range and maybe one or two small batch numbers. However on my first visit in a while (20/10/16) I found zero cask beers available and just four core beers on keg. Not sure if they are going through some transition phase but a pretty poor show compared to previous sorties. Original score was a 70. 3-8-10-7-14. Visited, for the first time in about 7/8 years, on the launch night of their recently rebranded ’One Mile End’ brewery. Located 2 to 3 minutes walk from Whitechapel tube (district/hammersmith & city/LOROL) LKS Take note!!! The general vibe on this particular Friday was not up my street, largely because the music was far too loud, hipster kind of crowd, trouble free, but a good 3 or 4 bouncers around the door, not what i really want in my venue of choice! Service was pretty good considering how busy they were. Beer range I Would guarantee was ’A’ typical with this being their launch night. Mixed bag of beers 50/50 cask and keg encompassing a range of styles. No real stinkers and one or two gems including a cherry brett saison and a half decent DIPA, both on keg. In all hard to judge on launch night. A little too loud for my liking but overall a decent tick fest. Be interesting to see how this venue settles down!“

“Large corner pub opposite the infamous blind beggar. Airy interior - slightly overpacked with tables. Staff are a mixture of friendly and interested and cool and efficient. Never eaten in here but the food looks and smells very nice indeed. Picked up the occasional non brewery tick in here but it’s all about the house brews. Some very good, some okay. After a spate of visits in a short amount of time, I stopped the regularl trips as there just seemed to be the same regular stuff.“

“Visited on 1st January 2016. Large corner pub with a single room, the tables are quite tightly packed, kitchen in the corner and long bar. Beer range was all from One Mile End, couple of new ones, all were pretty decent in both keg and cask format. Service was OK. Could’ve been a little better. Like the place, just feel a little crammed in. Worth a visit though as generally will pick up a decent beer or two.“

“Visited in august 2015. Very cosy cornerpub / brewpub. Easy to get to, being close by the Whitechappel station. Good range of their beers, we had 11 of their beers, the day we visited. The beers were served with a smile and in good condition. Very spacy pub, lots of seatings, both inside as outside. Nice menu and bar snacks, we had a lovely cheese platter, that work great with the beers. For sure worth another visit ;-)“

“They brew their own beer on the basement....One Mile End. Quite good, and every new brew is better that the previous one. For me is the best place in the area to have great food and good craft beer in the same place.“

“Often, but not be confused with the White Hart pub near Aldgate East underground station. This is a Victorian boozer from Jack-The-Ripper infamy on the edge of Whitechapel and close to the tube station there. The first time I went in here many years ago it was a regular boozer with an emphasis on sport, now it has been transformed into a trendy brewpub with a airy open plan to it. It still has a couple of television screens but other entertainment includes live bands. Their own beer is brewed below in the cellar, but if you’re not up for their craft there’s plenty of other available in keg or cask form. Wooden furniture throughout.“
