66 /100 Trawl Boat Inn (JDW) (Bar) 36-38 WOOD STREET Occupying what is two semi-detached houses in a nice part of western Lancashire, it looks small but is deceptively large inside. The small town centre of Lytham St Annes now extends as far as this pub and there are several other quality choice of venues near by if Wetherspoon’s is not your cup of tea or beer selection. Beyond the bar is a large open plan area which is very comfortable and includes a skylight that gives it an appealing look in the daytime. There’s a patio outside too if the weather allows. Ale choicei is on two rows of pumps. This pub has plenty of locals but is not shy of the tourists that also frequent the area. |
