Visited on Saturday February 4th 2017. Imposing street corner Victorian building just over the road from Burning Souls tap room when heading back to town, either to the metro stop, or on foot all the way. Quite dark and foreboding inside in some repsects ... almost like they are ready for trouble from dodgy punters so I can can of relate to Johns comments in a way. Selection was much better than you'd expect on the outside ... 50 or so bottles including a dozen or more from Siren, Evilt Twin, Thornbridge, Tiny Rebel and some Euro classics from Belgium and Germany. Service was fine on our visit. Not a go to venue like so many in Birmingham but maybe worth a pew on the way to / from Burning Soul. It may look closed but it probably isn't !

Walked in with a few friends after a local tasting. They threw us all out claiming we were too rowdy to buy beer. Please throw out obviously drunk people but throwing out anyone who has had a couple of beers and is relatively sober is unacceptable. Decent beer selection though for the area.

Slightly out of town on the way to the Jewellery Quarter, this looks very much like a regular off-licence selling the usual stuff you see everywhere, but a look inside will surprise you. There’s all manor of alcoholic drinks in here, and few bottled choices away from the aforementioned norm. It probably won’t wow, but is worth a look in if near by.

Amazing little shop on Constitution Hill, reasonably close to the back end of Snow Hill Station and handily placed between Lone Wolf and Burning Soul. The beer selection is to the right as you go in, not the biggest selection but some good American imports and well chosen bottles. The service is attentive, if not fully up to speed on the beers. The spirits section is stacked to the roof, you feel as if in an Aladdins cave of drink. Well worth a look if just for that.

Visited on the 5th February 2017, picked up a Tiny Rebel and a Mexican tick, there was probably more there, will visit again when visiting Burning Soul, great selection of spirits for people who are into that stuff.

Visited on 30th December 2016. Neon lit up bottle shop next to the Hampton by Hilton and a couple of minutes stroll from St Pauls tram stop. It’s got high ceilings and a huge array of alcohol including a sizeable miniature selection. The beer range is split in two between fridges on the left and shelves on the right. Range was good and a bit of surprise for the location, the turnover may be a little questionable as still had cans of Bloody Notorius and Bloody Ell. Picked up a Cuban tick here. If you are headed to Burning Soul then this is a really handy stop.

Reasonable selection of British including quite a few Brew Dogs, Belgium, American etc. Prices are reasonable and service is very friendly. They told me that their stock is constantly changing so might be worth checking out regularly.

Nice shop. Probably the third best offie in Brum. Strong on Brewdog and continental lagers. Close to Lord Clifdo and nicht far from Lithuanica.
