Place seems to be in the middle of no where. 9 tables , 16 barstools at the bar. They have a patio. 12 taps here and ever changing beer menu the bartender was saying. Bar food of pizza and nachos and salads. 4 Dollars for my beer which I thought was good price. Place is pretty full for Saturday night but has a nice atmosphere Pretty nice place. Cheers!

Really nice atmosphere. Plenty of room, doesn’t feel over crowded. Bar and tables plus an outside patio with a full back yard, fire pit, etc. Nice selection of beers. I tried 8 of the 12 on tap and most were above average if not down right good! I’d recommend the BA Dubbel Tongue Belgian Ale, Croggenbier, and the Sweetside IPA as the top three I tried. Food choice is limited but the pretzels I had were fresh, hot and good dipping mustard and cheese. What sets this apart from many other small brew pubs is the attention to detail and service. The people are really nice and willing to go that extra mile. It apparent just from the looks of the place. Very clean and well maintained. Everything looks new or well taken care of. Handicap accessible restrooms, large parking lot and the back patio is really nice. The prices are very reasonable. 4 samples for only $8 and growler fills are very cheap also. Wish them well and hope they continue to produce even more good beers. I’ll be back some day. I really enjoyed my visit. Thanks!!!

This is a beer tasting place out in the middle of nowhere. It was so nice to get out of the busy streets of in town. Beautiful parking and easy to find in the country. This has got to be one of the best beer tasting places that I have been to in a long, long time. And first I need to tell you that I am not affiliated with this place in any way, this is simply an unbiased third party opinion. From the time I got there, I was exposed to some of the most caring service I have ever been exposed to. I usually arrive a little early to my beer tasting places and wait for them to open the door, hopefully on time. Usually, the servers will see me outside the door and then watch the clock until about 5 mins after opening time and then come and let me in, must be an insurance thing or something. But here, I got there about 20 minutes early and the family saw me hanging out in the parking lot and unlocked the door and told me to come on in! Once in, this little brewery is not your typical old storefront with a whipped together sparse serving area, it is a tastefully decorated happy place that encourages a fun atmosphere. Too often today you find new micro pubs having decent beer but they obviously cut back on the atmosphere. This place is staffed with a bunch of family related help and they all knew something about the beers, if one didn’t know, the other did. There were about ten of this family when I got there. At first I was a little concerned about everybody asking if I had everything I needed but after I got comfy at the bar, this type of service was 100%! There was free freshly popped popcorn available and boy does it smell good when it’s popping. They also had over 15 beers on tap and the flights were $8 for 4 six ounce samples and I must say, the samples actually were about 8 ounces. Yes, perhaps a beer or two had the same flavors but in different strengths, but overall the beer selection was wide and across the board. At first I was a little disappointed that the sour beer I wanted to taste got kicked the night before but after a few mugs of really good tasting civilized beer, I never looked back. Another fun thing about this place is they had over 15 different meads available from local meaderies. They were also available in fights at the same price! Overall, this had to be one of the best beer tasting experiences I’ve had since I started rating beer for RB. Nice job Crooked Tongue! Any time I’m close by, I will be stopping here!
