COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly Trappist Achel 8 Blond A pale, strong, fruity, hoppy Trappist ale from one of Belgium’s six official abbey breweries. Achel 8° is hard to find even in Belgium; in the U.S. it’s up there with the rarest of beers. This blond, flavorful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% alcohol by volume. It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining and refermenting in the bottle.

pindolaire (619) - SPAIN - OCT 31, 2023
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2023 En tulipa, color dorado anaranjado, turbio, espuma blanca bien conservada. Salud, y excelente cerveza

labeerinthum (7892) - Milano, ITALY - SEP 15, 2023
UPDATED: SEP 15, 2023 Bottiglia.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2023 330ml Bottle part of a Beer Hawk mystery box. Not a beer I've come across before but a pleasant surprise. Slightly fruity but not enough to spoil the traditional Belgian beer taste. At 8% it's obviously quite potent but doesn't taste too overpowering. I like it!!

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2023 33cl bottle, enjoyed in a stemmed tulip glass on 28-Jan-2023. Slightly hazy golden pale ale with a medium sized white head. Aroma of citrus, Belgian yeast and spices. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of malt, marmalade, hops and alcohol. A nice robust Belgian golden ale.

dan.au (11) - - JAN 17, 2023
UPDATED: JAN 17, 2023 Golden colour with mild haze. Thick white foam that settles quickly. The aroma is wonderful - bready malt, slight caramel, and a zesty citrus quality. Tastes of lightly toasted bread with orange marmalade, and ends with peppery spice, citrus zest and a pithy bitterness. Delicious!
