Level 42 bottleshare, Santa is flying past below! Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, some light German nuttyness - well integrated. Mild sweet floralness. Trace of paper. Very mild generic fruits before a dry and mildly spicy finish. Some rewards here, but you have to dig for them.

December 2016 - Bottle share at 1 Canada Square. Many thanks to Fergus! As Bauhöfer Ulmer Keller No. 5, 5.3%. Translucent orange, still with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is sweetcorn, buttery, sugary. Body is very light, tingly to spritzy carbonation, foamy. Taste is buttery, sweetcorn, papery, little bitterness or anything other than buttered corn vibes. Didn’t like it much I’m afraid. (2.1)
