UPDATED: JAN 13, 2019 Opaque brown pour with a thick mocha head and great retention. Very good lacing. Dark chocolate and molasses aroma. VERY dark roasted malt flavor with a little coffee too. Not sweet. Light bitterness. Heavy body and mouthfeel. The 7.5% ABV is well hidden. One dimensional. More stout than porter IMHO. CH-303 (2840) - Fribourg, SWITZERLAND - JAN 8, 2019

Keg, metro mayhem. Black, funnily enough, thin tan head. Massive roasted coffee aroma. Well carbonated. Big dark chocolate taste. Dry, bitter, lots of roast. Daftly drinkable. Nice. Beerdedone (3678) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 22, 2018
Bottle. Pours pitch black with a short light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Flavor of roasted malts, chocolate, light licorice, coffee and had a touch of smoke. GregMooreNH (1768) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 19, 2018
Pours black with two finger, tan head. Aroma is cocoa, roast and dried fruit. Taste is dark chcocalte and raisin, moving to heavy roast and some smoke. Finish is burnt roast. A good porter. SolarSam (275) - Interlaken, New York, USA - SEP 7, 2018
9/18- an interestingly dry ‘end of the night’ dark- yet not sweet- A brew with enough authority to tuck you in for the night. But not be too ‘tenacious’ on the taste buds. Good night.
