Pale golden color, cloudy liquid (with many particles) and a huge head. Fruity aroma. Taste with citric and sweet notes. Very good

Bottle [from trade with CH-303] @ weekly tasting shared with Joes and Judyvv. Lightly hazy pale yellow golden color, full sized white head. Aroma is nicely fruity, only slightly banana and yeast. Taste is very weak, flat, sweetish, yeast. Low body, flat carbonation. Pretty crappy to be honest.

eduardovl (1722) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 21, 2014
330ml bottle served in its own (tulip-style) glass. Pours a hazy yellow color forming small white head with low retention and some spotty lacings left. Notes of wheat, pale malts, honey, fruits and bready yeasts in the nose and mouth. Hints of bubblegum. In overall, a slightly sweet taste with practically no hops bitterness. Light watery body. Light fizzy carbonation. Medium drinkability. [ Enjoyed @ Cave de La Charrue - Commugny - Switzerland - 03/29/2014 ]

Cloudy blond color; fine perlage; medium sized head. The aroma is strange: cotton-candy, vanilla, egg sabayon, wax, yeast. The mouthfeel is smooth, with very high carbonation; weak body, weak flavor, a bit sweetish (also due to the total lack of hops), honeyish, some yeast. Poor.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2011 re-rated April 2011; from the market in Sion cloudy dark orange colour with no head retention; aroma of corn, banana and carrots; fizzy and tasteless, thin-bodied; a late and gentle acidity; the finish is quite empty with lingering corny notes - in one word: bad

from Café de l’Union, Lens (Valais); the last bottle! A chance considering that I drove 230 km and that I have no clue where else this beer could be available (I don’t even have the brewery’s address) - hazy pale lactic-blond colour with a fast collapsing foam; aroma of corn and banana with notes of vinegar; moderate carbonation and quite thin-bodied; quite sourish finish with light fruity notes - not terrible to say the least; I understand this restaurant is not willing to buy it again.
