On tap @Ølfred - Aarhus Streetfood. Pours orange, with no foam. The scent is sweet, apples and a bit alcoholic. The taste is like thin apple juice with carbonation. The aftertaste is funky. Not for me.

Bottle, 63cl. A hazy, yellow cider with some white bubbles around the rim. It smells like a traditional Norwegian dessert made of roasted breadcrums, mashed apples and whipped cream. Some butterscotch notes, guess that’s the breadcrums, some sour apples. The flavor is pretty much the same, mostly apples, with some buttery caramel notes in the back. The apples used gives both sweetness and dryness, I prefer my ciders drier, but I won’t complain. It’s a very drinkable one, both tasteful and quenching, well suited for a nice dinner as well. 101027
