COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2022 Bottle at home. Pours a deeper, orangeish golden with white head. Nose is peppery, grassy, with a bubblegum ester touch. Taste is sweetish, somewhat boozy, pale malts, bread, sugar and spicy yeast notes show. It closes with a sweetish, candi finish, it’s got a big body and high carbonation. A bit too boozy, also I’m not really in the mood for a big beer so I should perhaps revisit this at some point.

LagerGuide122 (904) - - SEP 20, 2022
UPDATED: SEP 20, 2022 375ml bottle brewed in Belgium at 9.5%. Clear gold, hazing up with the whole bottle poured in, with a good-sized, active but fair-duration head. Classic aroma of barn floor meets dried and candied spritzy citrus peels on top of flatbread meets fruitcake malt. Modest carbonation. Mellow straw and barn funkiness. Nice malt breadth and complexity while keeping things light. Lovely and fruity, venturing from orange/lemon and pear to hints of peach and mango; semi-perfumed aftertaste, lightly drying. Pouring all the yeast in thickens the body and rounds things out with candied peel, banana bread, and just a touch of dark baking spice. Very, very good Tripel with Saison characteristics. Yeast out for more of a Saison, yeast in for more of a Tripel. Especially impressive balance in the delivery of sweet flavours wrapped up in a drying finish; you'd never think it was 9.5% ABV either, and in a good way.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2022 High alcohol, but you don’t feel it in your mouth. Refreshing and drinkable. A nice tripel’ish saison ale. Though it is more a tripel, that a saison

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2022 Amazing tripel, on tap at il punto Bologna. So smooth, hardly realise you're drinking a tripel - but the profile is perfect, delicate but aromatic, light hops.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2022 Colore dorato leggermente velata. Schiuma bianca abbastanza persistente.

UPDATED: APR 22, 2022 L17162C 06/2022 Złote i klarowne, piana biała, drobna, dość trwała, zostaje cienka tafla lekko podbudowywana pracą w szkle. Zostają lekkie ślady na szkle. Aromat klasyczny, kwiatowy i nieco winny, w tle owoce białe. Musujące w ustach, wysoko nasycone, wytrawne. W samku wyraźnie dominują belgijskie drożdże, dopełniają nuty kwiatowe i owocowe. Finisz długi nieco pikantny i wyraźnie przyprawowy.
