COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

jarvo (370) - Abingdon, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 25, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 25, 2019 Slightly hazy gold with a lasting white head. Complex aroma with grass and peach in the mix. Taste notable for yeasty esters, saison like peppery and spice notes, but some underlying fruit (peaches, plums). Highly carbonated. An exceptional beer.

snowcrash000 (660) - Cologne, GERMANY - MAR 16, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 16, 2019 Pours a clear deep golden coloration with a large, foamy head, visible carbonation and plenty of suspended sediment in the glass. Smells of doughy malt, peach, grass, hay and fruity/spicy yeast esters. Taste is an excellent balance of doughy malt, hoppy peach, citrus and grass/hay notes and a strong estery yeast character with notes of tart apple skin, clove and light peppery spice. Finishes with a light sweetness and tartness and some estery fruit and spice notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a rich body and medium carbonation. This is basically Saison Dupont turned up to eleven, almost taking on the characteristics of a Tripel with strong estery yeast notes and a light booziness, but somehow still managing to sustain a certain lightness of character due to an excellent balance of the sweeter, boozy notes with some bitter hops and fruity/spicy estery yeast notes.

Escaso dulzor. Amargor medio al final del trago. Alcohol muy integrado. Ligeramente seca. Hiper fácil de beber.

nathanvc (1917) - Brugge, BELGIUM - FEB 19, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 19, 2019 9 February 2019. Bottle from drankdozijn.nl, vintage 2017 (I guess). Cheers to cousin Luca's birthday! Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head; some lacing. Rich aroma of apple peel, green banana, yeast, white grape, champagne almost, hay, wet straw, cellar, breadcrust, unripe pear, white pepper. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, quite delicate, some estery banana but more apple (peel) & pear on a bready & yeasty base; light to medium spicy bitter then, Saison-like peppery & grassy with an edge of spicy hops coming through, bit sourish, some bitter grape & vague hay- or cellar-like dankness. Dry, earthy & grassy hoppy finish, floral fruity accents too, lingering bread & yeast, with a nice dash of jenever-, almost champagne-like alcohol. Medium body, slick-creamy texture, lively carbonation. Great Tripel, feels very 'classically' Belgian but it's elegant in its yeastiness & spicy-grassy character.

Textura semi-oleosa, cuerpo medio-denso y carbonatación medioalta.
