bluejacket74 (2050) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - JUL 4, 2023UPDATED: JUL 4, 2023 12 ounce bottle, thanks to my buddy Denis for this one! Probably had this in my fridge for about a year or so but maybe less. Served in a tulip glass, the cider pours a somewhat clear amber color. Aroma is nice, the cider smells like maple, apples, vanilla, and some cinnamon. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma to me. Think the maple and apple flavors stand out, but the vanilla and cinnamon are noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's easy enough to drink with a low amount of carbonation. I liked this one, recommend it more to people who like sweeter tasting ciders!

patrick767 (6246) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 9, 2021UPDATED: MAR 9, 2021 Pours a murky golden brown. It smells of caramel, maple syrup, vanilla, and apples. The taste is sweet with ripe apples, caramel, and maple syrup. Complex and really tasty, this is an excellent cider.
tmoreau (9518) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JAN 9, 2021UPDATED: JAN 9, 2021 On tap at Warren's Ale House in Wheaton, IL. served to a large snifter displaying a cloudy, orangey/amber hue, with quickly dissipating head & lacing. The nose was tangy apple, vanilla, caramel & maple sweetness, with some holiday-like spicing, highlighting cinnamon. Medium bodied, the taste was similar notes, with lively spritz to the effervescence, and some fruity & citrusy hop astringency. More complexity than most cider offerings.
cmacklin (3968) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 2, 2018650ml bottle shared with my wife. Pours a hazy pale orange-gold with no head. Sweet, tart aroma of apples and cinnamon. Sweet flavour of apples, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and faint yeast with a slightly tart finish. Medium body with a silky smooth texture and flat carbonation. Enjoyable, very tasty. A world class Cider.
dwyerpg (10237) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 28, 2018Definitely has winter spices, maybe nutmeg. I though this was pretty tolerable. Better than most ciders.
luttonm (7592) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 4, 2018Bottle in Seattle. Stumpy little guy. No head, cloudy pale apple juice. Baked apple with cinnamon on nose. Fairly thick sip full of fresh baked apple pie and honey. Incredible amount of mead-like honey with a grand hit of maple on the finish. Balanced spice and cinnamon, utterly like a nice apple pie. Maple flavor and sweetness on finish adds to the syrupy body. This is pretty great.
hitemwitthehein (69) - - OCT 31, 2017UPDATED: NOV 8, 2017 ABV - 6.9
.Appearance: Cloudy Brownish gold
.Aroma: Apple sauce, baked apple, honey, spices (cinnamon), vanilla bean
.Taste: Apple Pie filling, baked apples, followed by cinnamon spice, finishes with a dry sweetness, notes of honey and vanilla bean on the backend. Maple syrup is buried in there, just a hint at the very end. **Sweet.
.Mouthfeel: Big body, bold, dry, very soft carbonation.
.Overall: A-
.This is a perfect cold weather cider in my opinion. Literally tastes like an apple pie. Sweet, but balanced with a good amount of spice. Very nice flavors of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, softened apples, and a small subtle hint of maple syrup towards the finish. Perfect combination of flavors that you might enjoy on a cold winter night.
slowrunner77 (19964) - Reno, Nevada, USA - NOV 23, 2016couldn’t place the sweetness as maple...this seemed to be a lightly barrel aged sweet leaning cider, with hints of spice and vanilla, with any farmhouse character relegated to the background. Unique cider, and a nice seasonal. Drinks big.
Zeswaft (1790) - Edmonds, Washington, USA - OCT 21, 2016Bottle. Cloudy gold. Aroma of maple syrup and vanilla. At first there is a little funk to adjust to. Quite sweet. Vanilla and maple syrup are obvious. Yeah very sweet but i like it. My wife found the amount of sweetness offputting.
