Cold filtered and nitro-kegged. Also available in bottles at 5.0% ABV.
"A classic modern light stout with the added complexity of a late kettle hop. Aromatic character. Rich roast, dry, clean and bitter without any sourness." Ingredients: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Roast Barley, Black Malr, Crystal Malt; Galena, Nugget and East Kent Goldings.

Color marrón oscuro casi negro, con reflejos rojos si le da la luz, y capa de espuma marrón de tres dedos de grosor (muy buena retención). Carbonatación alta visualmente. Textura acuosa y algo efervescente. Aroma a malta torrefacta, herbal, con mucho chocolate y café y recuerdos de fruta. En boca muy torrefacta, con chocolate y café mandando y reminiscencias de fruto seco. Ligeramente herbal, menos presente que en nariz. Final con el amargor justo. Algo seca.
