COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When your brewmaster comes up with a recipe as good as this one, you let him name the beer whatever he wants. Here’s what makes our recipe so darn good: a rich burnt orange colour, darker than most lagers, a smooth, medium body with a bold, but pleasant, hop taste, full of flavour, unlike your traditional ’cold-as-ice’ beers with no taste, made with only the best ingredients, including Canadian & English Malts, and German & Czech Hops.

UPDATED: FEB 14, 2019 Canned, 473 ml from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Amber with white head. There is a sweet caramel, toffee character to this from the start, some fruitiness, light melon notes. The sweetness is a touch cloying as you go through the beer. A tad dull by the close. It's okay.

Can shared at home, thanks to Móni. Pours deep amber and a finger off-white head. Nose is faint grains, quite weak. In taste it's definitely better, decent toasty and bready malts with a touch of herbal-y, moderately bitter hoppy touch. Light yet somehow full body, average carbo, goes down easy. Korrekt kis vedelős sör, kifejezetten kellemes a maga nemében.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2018 I’m a lake of bay drinker and when there wasn’t any on the shelf I turned to trying this beer. I love a beer that has full flavour and is green. Green being no preservatives and has a shelf life. On my shelf it gets drank. Summer of 2018, this has been my beer of choice. If you haven’t tried it.... it won’t let you down. Cheers from Woodstock!

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2018 Got this in a sampler with some other beers at Deacon Brodies when in Ottawa on Vacation. This was by far the best beer in the lot and I would order this again if I had the chance. I like "Red Beers" and prefer this to the red beers I can get at "Beer store".

Malt forward sweet beer. Not a strong finish but an easy drink lager. Caramel undertones give it a sweet rinse. Medium cream head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
