midovark (5725) - Alkmaar, NETHERLANDS - NOV 11, 2021UPDATED: NOV 11, 2021 Bottle at home, happy bday to me. Pours reddish copper with a quickly disappearing tan head. Nose is big, jammy raspberry, moderately spicy wood, light to moderate malty notes, light lactic acid, more prominent acetic acid, leather, earth and funk. Taste is rich and deep funk, earthy notes, leather, spice and acetic acid with a lighter fruit character. Eccesively sour, has a dry body and the dryness is especially apparent in the finish. Sophisticated and rather enjoyable.

Marko (15429) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - APR 10, 2021UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 0.375l bottle from Goblet. Unexpected musty, yeasty note at first, but then it started developing really nicely - raspberry jam, glue, acetic acid. Lovely raspberry note in the taste, surrounded by tartness, clean and well balanced, brown sugar, soft acetic notes, but strong bite, classy. Shame about the weird note in the aroma, this is otherwise an easy 4, 4.1.
