UPDATED: AUG 14, 2019 On tap at the Farm House Tap and Grill. Hazy pour with a long-lasting cap that leaves tons of lace. Beautiful beer. Understated hoppy nose: earthy pine and cedar, juicy citrus, some tropical undertones, and a bit of what I assume is there house ale yeast. Taste is just beautifully balanced. A bit juicy, very sturdy for 5.2%, great mouth feel/texture. Moderate bitterness on the finish. This isn't over-the-top in your face like a lot of Vermont ales, but my god is it well put together. Perfect APA. shawnmurphy (1370) - Plattsburgh, New York, USA - JUN 25, 2019
