UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle poured in a Leffe chalice.
A: Pours a deep amber and bit cloudy color. Forms a big aired white head when poured. The retention is low, however it never disappears totally, leaving only few lacings
S: Reminds an APA, I mean, it’s quite flowery-hops on the nose and also with strong notes of caramel malts and candy sugar
T: Taste reminds an APA too. Upfront is dry and metallic with the strong notes of caramel malts and grassy hops. Quite watery and soft in the mouth. The end is reasonably bitter
M: Light and watery body. Low carbonation. Dry and bitter aftertaste
O: Very drinkable and well done beer

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, small head. Citric black currant aroma. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Yeasty with plenty of black currant, light notes of tin. Medium bitterness. Bov (14987) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 21, 2010
from Manor, Bienne - cloudy orange colour with a little foam left; the nose shows fresh flowery hoppy notes with hints of cheese and honey; medium-bodied and with a quite creamy palate, some sweetness and a late bitterness; the finish is gently hoppy with more honeyish notes - well-made Embrouille (2855) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 26, 2010
UPDATED: DEC 13, 2010 Bottled 33cl. My version was at 6 ABV. Courtesy of azlondon. It pours amurky yellow beer with a mediocre head retention. Apple, white wine and resiny hops are most present in the nose. Good bitterness. Not much lacework. Too much yeast components for my liking. The finish is a bit unclean. Thanks a lot azlondon! Rerate: Staying with the initial rating. I like Nelson Sauvin. CH-303 (2884) - Fribourg, SWITZERLAND - APR 21, 2010
Appearance: Dark golden orange. Slightly hazy, some sediments. Some white head.
