A little vanilla. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Taste has a nice roasty bitterness. Finish is average with some more roastiness.

Trying and drinking with a big pleasure this bottle, at home, in Epalinges. One of the best stout that I have drunk in my life, a great experience of aromas. Pouring it and giving one powerful black color, creamy white and brown foam, normal carbonation for the style. This one is almost an imperial stout, powerful roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, plum, subtle and well balanced, hop, a love story.

Al palato malti tostati, caffè amaro, leggere note fruttate di prugna. Il finale è lungo con in prevalenza l'amaro del caffè. Una birra estremamente equilibrata e facile da bere, con un gusto avvolgente, il malto tostato non è mai eccessivo.
