UPDATED: AUG 31, 2019 Tuesday, August 27, 2019. On tap, 25cL. 4.8%. @'marché bar Uberach', Strasbourg (67), FR. A brown amber opaque hazy beer with a big white foamy head ; good lacing ! Light caramel, light red berries, light flower, herbal note. Light bitter, medium dry refreshing (nice), spicy note. Light to medium body, average thin oily texture, fruity cara dry refreshing finish. Overall, classic but enjoyable !

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2019 Hazy dark orange colour with an average white head. Malty, toasted malts, hints of honey melon, lively carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2018 Achetée à la brasserie Uberach. Bière orangée avec une belle petite mousse qui reste. Nez malté. Pour un peu trop carbonatée à mon goût mais goût doux...

Bottle. Clouds, amber brown color, big foamy head. Fruity aroma, peach, grape, pepper. Dry taste, moderate bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Light phenolic, malty aftertaste.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish fizzy bubbly head, slightly murky deepish orange color, aroma of yeast, vanila, a whiff of almond and candy in the back, flavor of very ripe fruit, hint of rubber and light biscuit in the back. Not good.
