UPDATED: APR 19, 2018 No es un fiel exponente de la Porter inglesa, pero es una de las mejores que se pueden encontrar en territorio argentino. Aroma a café y chocolate. Color cobrizo, cristalina. Carbonatacion media baja, la espuma es poco consistente y de baja retención. Sabor, cafe, chocolate amargo, algo de vainilla, un toque ahumado.. Es fácil de tomar y liviana. En líneas generales, muy buena en verdad. Benzai (18530) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2016
Sampled from bottle shared by BDomue. Clear red-brown, dark amber color, small average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, raisins, brown malts, caramel, brown candy sugar. Decent bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad. Melkart (431) - Porto Alegre, BRAZIL - APR 19, 2016
A classic English style. Antares Porter promotes digestion, in an abundant sea of foam, with notes of toasted malt and chocolately finish. In antiquity, doctors prescribed this beer, enriched with an egg yolk, for nursing mothers. p0e (16) - ARGENTINA - JUL 6, 2015
Botella de 500ml. No es el mejor exponente de una porter pero sigue siendo una buena cerveza. Manslow (2218) - Warsaw, POLAND - APR 16, 2015

Draft pour as part of a flight at their taproom in buenos aires. Nothing great or bad. Smooth nutty and almond choclate notes. Smooth. Will have again. fakebeersnob (325) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - NOV 7, 2014
This is a beer that I think underlies the cultural aspects of taste. This beer is served cold. I mentioned how I drink my porters around 55-60 degrees (rough numbers) on average and my friends were stating anything that warm would be piss. So, I drank this as it was served. This had a roasted taste to it. Malty. A touch of sweetness. I recall it being granular for some reason and couldn’t place it. It was definitely a thin, watery beer though. I did want it to warm to get a better feeling, but drank it all before it got to the temp I am used to. For an Argentine beer, it was my fourth favorite. It was a really good beer for when I am down there, but to be honest - if I could buy it up here I would not. northropfrye (3936) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 19, 2014
Translucent, thin, too pale, like they took a good porter and mixed it with too much water. A touch of creaminess to this but pretty bad over all. makenzi (39) - SLOVENIA - JUL 4, 2014
UPDATED: JUL 6, 2014 Bottle 0.5L @ Molly Mallone’s pub, Buenos Aires, Argentina; served to cold, at nearly freezing temp.! Dark brown colour with tiny beige head. Aroma is roasted, some coffe, but not much else. Flavour is roasted, coffee with subtile hop finish. Light body. ads135 (5738) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JUN 28, 2014
A light and unassuming porter. Not particularly aggressive with a thin body. A good porter for someone who doesn’t like porter.
