COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Unfiltriertes dunkles Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe
Malzig, karamellartiger Geschmack mit leichten Röstaromen
Hauptgärung im offenen Gärbottich; Reifung in liegenden Lagertanks
Gebraut nach dem Rezept unseres Braumeisters und Biersommeliers Markus Lohner aus Truchtlaching
5,0% vol. alc, Stammwürze 11,9%

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2019 No 'Truchtlinger' on my bottle. Clear brown. Aroma is caramel, some melasses, pistacchio, brown sugar. Taste is sweetish caramel with some roasty bitterness, quite creamy on the tongue with good drinkability. Solid!

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2018 Bottle of 'Camba Dunkel' from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy copper coloured with a thick white head. It has a malty, toffee and slight chocolate flavour with roasted beechwood notes on the dried fruit and malt finish. Pretty good.

Tap. Rather clear brown color with a ruby highlight and an off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, bready, a bit nutty. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty!

*Nice roasty smooth Dunkel. Moderate sweetish in body, round and sessionable with a mild and roasted dark aftertaste. Nice sessionable Dunkles. Great stuff with a moderate bitterness in the end.
