COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra ispirata allo stile American Style Black Ale (Black IPA), prodotta artigianalmente utilizzando acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lievito.

Draught at Bootleggers Craft Beer Bar, Cph. Dark amber colour with a reddish tinge. Thin lightly tanned head. Sweet roasted aroma with coffee, caramel malts, chocolate, grapefruit and mango. Taste is bitter roasted. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with roasted malts and citrus fruits. Fine, smooth B-IPA.

Sampled from a bottle from Kihoskh. Pours a very dark brown with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate and grass. The taste is fresh and upfront with an unusual mixture of chocolate with grass, pine resin and grapefruit. A good malty flavour without being sweet, with a long aftertaste of citrussy hops. Highly drinkable - a very well-made and characterful beer.

Farlig lettdrikkelig.

330ml bottle - thanks Marduk! (6:4:6-:3:13-=3.2--)
Spicy hoppy and roasty malt aroma, a bit messy. Spruce tips and dirty earthy bitterness in the taste. Finish dusty and dirty. Not good as the local dark hoppy beers, but does cover the alcohol decently. Rough. Overrate?

330ml bottle. Very dark brown almost black color. Smalls size, bubbly off-white head, stays. Citrus, roast, some chocolate, yeasty in aroma. Citrus, milky, roast, yeasty in taste. Yeasty and citrusy in aftertaste. Covers alcohol. Drinkable brew.

On tap. Pours a clear dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of resiny chocolate. Flavors follow same with a subtle grassiness plus sugary notes. Pretty subtle and mellow overall. Sugary resin. Peanuts over power it.
