Bottled. A golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, minerals, and malt, leading to a quite bitter finish. A nice pilsner interpretation.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 Aroma: Medium grassy, Medium-light citrus, pineapple. Appearance: Brilliant, yellow body. Small, white head. Small bubbles. Good retention. Lacing. Flavour: Medium bitterness, Medium fruitiness, passion fruit, guava. Dry finish with fruitiness. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation, creamy. Overall: Good bitterness and hoppiness, but the malt is missing. Crisp, refreshing and very enjoyable. 330 ml bottle, poured.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2019 Light Golden, Hazy, white BeerHead, with frothy, fine foam and ok persistency. Sparkling body. Clear aroma of citrus. Clear oxidation due to poor storage. Slightly honey and cardboard hints. Light sweetness, Medium hoppy bitterness, Light body, Medium sparkling. The taste has malty characters such as grain, maize, dried straw and little toasty flavor.The drinkability is ok, but not enough for a pilsner-style beer.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2019 Golden slightly hazy with a good head, good carbonation. Nice touch of hops on the nost, not over powing. This is a NZ Pilsener and not to be compared with Urquell. Refreshing taste, with good malt, balanced hops and alcohol. Great beer.

A lot of character, very hoppy for a pilsner, can definitely catch a lot of fruity vibes in the hops.
