UPDATED: MAR 21, 2021 Backlog. best by 3/2018, drank early 2019 but figured with the Brett it would be fine. Well.... it was a gusher. When I’d cleaned up the mess and could finally pour and later drink, it tasted of sweetish malt and surprisingly not much funk. It smells funkier and fruitier than it tastes. The taste is mostly grainy, yeasty malt. It’s alright but didn’t impress me hugely. It’s hard to rate when it’s apparently over the hill, but don’t assume it will age well beyond the BB date. UPDATED: JAN 17, 2021 Bottle picked up from Mikkeller webshop somewhere in Denmark and consumed at home Sunday 17th January 2021 after a mammoth cleaning snow off of the drive, now listening to Billy NoMates self titled album, cooking lots of Mexican food. Pours light hazy amber with a white head, Brett on the nose, zappy fruity, lemony, streaky. Nice. troopie (4275) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - MAY 9, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 9, 2020 I'm not a bretta fan so I had to be talked into trying this. Lovely hazy body with lasting head. Fruit aroma, sits in the nose. Full taste good on a hot day after work. Long finish dwyerpg (8517) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - DEC 30, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2019 Well, this was fizzy and certainly seems like a saison, but I don't get much funky brett at all really. Simple flavors, felt kind of average. melush (9960) - SPAIN - MAY 30, 2019

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2019 Draft. Amber body with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, bread, toasted grain, funk, basement, band aid, apple. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. The brett characteristics are not overwhelming but also not underplayed. A tad sweet for a saison, but far better than the one-trick clove bombs passing for saisons. kevinator (4891) - The Colony, Texas, USA - JAN 26, 2019
UPDATED: JAN 26, 2019 Nice funky saison. Floral and musty aromas. Full mouthfeel with some grains mixed with grass. Some fruity esters. weark (1190) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - NOV 28, 2018

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2018 Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours slightly hazy golden with off-white head. Aroma of sour dough, medicine, vinegar, overripe fruits, spices. Taste slightly sour, slightly sweet. Medium bodied. DraftDodger (4891) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 4, 2018
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2019 Copenhagen 4/11 2018. 37,5 cl bottle from Wikellers Webshop. Drawing of idyllic farm with a mighty, snow-covered mountain in the background.
Pours hazy - to the point of opacity - golden yellow with medium-sized white foam. Settles as Thin, fine layer unable to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sour, funky and appropriately weird. Has a little of sour spiciness of a Belgian Saison but in addition to this there is a distinct funky odor. Earthy, cheesy, green apples. Black pepper and coriander lurking in the background.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a spicy funk to it. Lingers for a while.
