UPDATED: AUG 6, 2020 Maine Beer Lunch pours a lightly hazy orange amber and is capped with a creamy off-white head of even tiny bubbles. As its name would imply, this beer has enough heft to substitute for a workingman's lunch, but not enough to disturb his ability to work with just one. It's got a round mouth filling creaminess that dumps citrusy hops on the tongue every second that's it is in the mouth. Definitely west coast as far as flavor profile, the hops are bright and juicy, but bitterness is only moderate. Plenty of resiny alpine fir tree notes here, some stone fruit, some melon. It's all of these flavors at once, and each sip reveals a different angle. Deliciously hopified happiness juice. ken1 (3456) - DENMARK - JUN 20, 2020

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2020 500ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, pine, malts. Taste of citrus fruits, grapefruit, pine, orange peel, light malts, nice bitterness. Medium body. A very clean well made IPA, definitely more west coast. Lovely. Idiosynkrasie (12059) - Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - MAY 25, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 25, 2020 500ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, bright golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Intense, citrusy and tropical fruity, slightly piney, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish pale and caramel malty background, notes of orange, lemon, rather unspecific tropical fruity flavours, some pine, pineapple, whiffs of grapefruit. Taste is citrusy and minimally tropical fruity hoppy, slightly dry piney, slightly biscuity, pale and caramel malty basis with little residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of orange, madarine, lemon, a touch of grapefruit. Quite watery texture, super-soft, smooth, silky palate, fine and gentle carbonation.
Very clean, superbly balanced, well crafted, highly drinkable, excellent mouthfeel - more West Coast- than East Coast-style to me. olio (13305) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 25, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 25, 2020 50 cl bottle. Bottled on 28.04.2020.
Pours clear orange color with a large white head. Resinous hoppy aroma, piney, some orange and lemon notes, faint mango, caramel, distant malty notes too. Flavor is oily hoppy, piney, slightly resinous, caramel again, subtle malty bitterness, orange, citrus and some mango on the finish. Smooth and pleasant, could be a bit more bitter if I had to nag about something, overall very enjoyable brew but not quite reaching the highest tier. Not a hazy IPA by any means and better for it.

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2020 Bottle at home, bottle date 28/4/20. Slightly cloudy golden ale, creamy and stable white head. Citrus, pine, spruce, grassy, floral, orange, slightly tropical hops and cleanly malted, a tat sweet, medium bitter - balance is exceptional, great lingering piny citrus too. Good body, lively carbonation. stevoj (10288) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 9, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 9, 2020 500ml bottle from Tavour. Top 50 IPA, so it was on my list. Deep golden pour, light haze, with a soft, foamy white head, streaky lacing. Aroma is oranges, bready, light malty notes. Taste opens with a light bitterness, then offers notes of orange and faint pine. smooth, gentle, near creamy. I can see why this is so highly regarded.
