Sitting in the really cool Baazaar bar, within a few minutes of the brewery, I had to check the local beer.
Nice, clean standard pils on a beautiful spring day. foyle (540) - North Carolina, USA - FEB 17, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2019 Review is for Bocholt Premium Lager (an alias of Martens according to Rate Beer):
Served from 11.2 oz bottle into pint glass. A 1' pillowy white head falls slowly with mild lacing. Color is clear gold. Abundant streaming carbonation. Aroma of toasted malt, yeast, and grassy hops. Mouthfeel is light and crisp with a dry finish. Flavor is well balanced between sweet malt grain and grassy hops. Really enjoyable. Calisky (3793) - ALSACE, FRANCE - OCT 5, 2018
Couleur dorée avec légère mousse. Nez leger malté, un peu papier et sucré. Gout malté sucré très aqueux avec notes paille et buvard, rien sur le houblon, ca une pils??? ken1 (2729) - DENMARK - JUL 23, 2018

Can from Pemborong Wholesaler, Kuala Lumpur. Courtesy of and shared with Deanso. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy corn, cardboard, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a grainy, light dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Quite uninspiring.

Medium white head. clear golden pour. An average pils. PorterPounder (9189) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAR 17, 2018
Labeled as Bocholt Premium Lager - 11.2 oz Beck's clone bottle - thanks to Aurelius for the trade! Sparkling medium golden, nice bubble action, creamy snow white head, Hint of skunk in the aroma, a bit of grain and fresh lake water. Standard lager flavor, some grain, hint of honey sweetness, bit of a saaz hoppy bite, Crisp mouthfeel. Aurelius (6076) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAR 5, 2018
Rated this under the guise of 'Bocholt Premium Lager' from Walmart. Green longneck, average label. Ginger ale, pale appearance. Sweetish, malty, eurolager aroma. A little tangy, not much crispness, actually borders on lemony. Light body. Move on, nothing to see here. Bitterbill (2487) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - NOV 29, 2017

This beer pours from 50CL plastic bottle a very bubbly and foam straw gold. The foam is a +2 finger and it leaves some nice lacing. Excellent head retention and the lacing is among the best I've seen for the style.
The nose is on the light side but I get some notes of bread and citrus. I hope the taste is more assertive.
The taste has some bread, a touch of caramel, minimal citrus, and some earthiness that joins in the finish with a bit of bitterness.
Light bodied and not nearly as carbonated as it looked in the glass, I find it pretty tasty and pretty drinkable and, on this warm day in Casper, quite refreshing so I think it succeeded to satisfy me but there are many others I would opt for before this one. I say, if you see it, try it. vinivini (4441) - Gomel, BELARUS - SEP 11, 2017
From can. Aroma: pale malts, stale spicy hops. Light body. Medium dry taste. Malty and somewhat hoppy. The hops are not of the finest nature. Light bitterness. Inoffensive lager.
