KevinReddirt (1252) - Midland, Texas, USA - NOV 14, 2021UPDATED: NOV 14, 2021 I've got a 16 oz can of Pseudo Sue purchased at a local craft beer store a couple of weeks ago. NE style not one of my favorites but I can appreciate nonetheless. My snifter from a TX brewery is arrayed for the pour, a curious lemon-orange color with a wispy head of pure white foam. The nose is nice, tropical, hoppy and clean. I take a drink, well, this is getting better. Juice, pine cones, grapefruit, crackers, a slight dankness and pineapple. Better than expected.
