COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite! Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2020 Tall can. The pour is hazy yellow with a white head. Nice grapefruit - citrus stand in the pines aroma. Crisp, bright bitterness with a great citrusy flavor. Pale Ale? This is good old-school IPA and one of the best I've had in a while. Nice to get back to that an IPA should be.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2020 Początkowe owocowe uderzenie ustąpiło cebuli, bez zarzutu w odczuciu w ustach, sporo ciała jak na tak lekkie piwo. Jest soczystość jest po prostu dobrze.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2020 Ok, I'll say it. Fuck citra. I don't need this onion and garlic shit in my beer. Mosaic, hell yeah. Nelson? Bring it on. Amarillo? Mmmm. Simcoe? Sure. Galaxy? I'm all yours. But fuck citra. This is a stunning good beer ruined by a personal mismatch between the genetics of one particular hop and the genetics of my tastebuds. Hazy, intense, beautiful, flavorful, aromatic, perfect mouthfeel.... Fuck citra. And damn it, why didn't I put a second bottle in the fridge?

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2020 Fresh can found at Jungle Jim’s with the girls. Excited to finally try anything by Toppling Goliath. Pours a cloudy, murky yellow color with a short white head. Big aroma of dank, earthy hops, oranges and grapefruit. Big flavor too with medium piney bitterness that lingers. Pretty big beer for a pale ale that pushes the style but doesn’t cross into being an IPA. Nicely done.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2020 16 ounce can at The Winking Lizard in Copley Ohio. Smell the hops cloudy yellow with a medium size white head. Lightly hopped in taste and very smooth. Hopped aftertaste. Nice beer for the style. Cheers!

oobawa (3404) - Tennessee, USA - MAY 20, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 20, 2020 Blurs the line between a pale ale and a session IPA, and not in a good way. Bright flash of grapefruit, dragonfruit, and lemon zest quickly gives way to mild, barely-there malts and a modest, mildly bitter finish. The haze and the brewery have to be why this pint rates so high. It’s okay, but a 100?

rajendra82 (1182) - Alpharetta, Georgia, USA - MAY 15, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 15, 2020 Typical juice like pour with translucent golden body. The head was one finger thick and short lived. The smell was very evocative of guava. The taste of guava was also quite apparent upon sipping. The taste faded to a bitter finish that was quite drawn out. The feel of the beer was quite dense and chewy. I really liked this one.
