UPDATED: MAY 4, 2021 Can, from Flavourly. Faintly hazy gold, thin short lived white head and gentle condition. Fruity citrus hop notes in the nose, with a touch of peppery spiciness and some caramel sweetness. Quite soft in the mouth with a little fruity sweetness but developing a bitter chalky yeast note and some earthy hop resins. Finish is subdued with some lingering dry yeasty bitterness. UPDATED: APR 3, 2021 330ml can via Beer52: BBE Feb 2022. Drank at home on 2nd Apr 2021. Poured a clean and clear amber colour, white head that faded fast. I liked the uncomplicated feel of this bitter brew. No citrus notes or piney traces, just a good old fashioned beer offering a good blend of traditional aromas and flavours.
