750ml bottle from La Cave à Bulle.

Appearance : Clear blond with foamy and fluffy head.
Aroma : Big citrusy and crips hops. Nice malt. Light menthol. Rich and aromatic.
Taste : Great malt with light yeast. Great citrusy and floral hops. Crisp finish.
Overall : Wow really nice one. Very rereshing and drinkable. Very aromatic and packed with flavour. Very elegant. Great malt and great fruits. Everything is well balanced. Not the most complex beer but very sip brought something interesting. Great beer.

My Bottom Line:
Fluffy, light and engaging, this estival brew delights with its spicy, herbal hoppiness, supple pils malts and levelled hop bitterness. The countryside at its best.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A dollop of foam laces nicely atop the misty golden.
-The hop signature is redolent of the freshest Saaz leaves.
-Drinkability is amazingly high. I could have downed this 750ml bottle in minutes.
-This was simply delicious with mussels. The subtle celeri and green onions in the air were a perfect match for the herbal hops and their outstanding freshness.
-The flavor profile is balanced throughout.
-The yeast pour makes the beer quite turbid, but doesn’t take away most of the brew’s freshness.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is distinct citrusy and grassy crisp hoppy. Smooth mellow citrusy hoppy flavoured. Crisp dry grassy and bitter finish. Smooth and very very elegant.

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - hazy blond beer under a solid creamy white foam; fresh and solid flowery hoppiness; notes of almonds and peaches; creamy palate and medium-bodied, low carbonation and pretty tasty; a fair bitterness and a long flowery and almondy hoppy finish - very nice

Bottle. Pale yellow. Soft head. Spicy zesty aroma with notes of cheese and points of pepper. Big mouth feel leaves the impression of sustenance and substance. Lots of pepper notes. Whole lot going on but hard to pinpoint....cream, butter, lemon pound cake, floral notes, pepper, cheese...
