UPDATED: SEP 1, 2019 4/2019 bottle date. Appearance: Clear light golden with a thick bubbled white head.
Aroma: Grass, hay, with a light brett horseblanket funk.
Taste: Really light cracker malt up front, with strong grassy, hay, and horseblanket notes before giving way to a moderately high sour tartness and relatively high bitterness against the light maltiness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodies with a high carbonation.
Finish: Super dry. Brett character funkiness with some tart lemon linger
Overall: Light, crisp, easy drinking sour farmhouse. Brett character dominates against the light malt base but isn’t overpowering. Tartness and bitterness provide a sharp but pleasant balance on the swallow and finish Lacho (163) - USA - JUL 28, 2019

Appearance - pours very fizzy with a lot of white foam. Need a tulip glass for this beer. Color of hazy straw.
Taste - Sour, dry, fizzy, fresh, tart. Some pineapple, citrus and something astringent. Funky saison.
Overall - Really good beer, just recently coming around to the Jester King beers and their low alcohol content which make them ideal for dinner. EvNa (2640) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2019
